When I told the salesperson I wanted a running shoe for dog agility he was excited for me and knew the exact right shoe. He scanned my feet and I got shoes that are very comfortable and perfect. He was very helpful.

I like the gait analysis and customer service I get at Fleet Feet.
The salespeople are very knowledgeable about their products, and are friendly and helpful in finding out the customer's needs and preferences. They can also show other similar products so the customer can make an informed choice.
They have the equipment to analyze the customer's feet and how they walk so they can help the customer decide which products will be best suited for their needs.
The shoes are good quality and they carry many products recommended by orthopedists and podiatrists. I have always had a good experience shopping at Fleet Feet.

Love the one on one service. But, really wish all stores carried more inventory. I have been to at least eight stores in FOUR different STATES and NO one has my size and or color Hoka shoe I’m trying to find. It’s even out of stock online! Most stores only have one or two different brands in my size! A size 7 wide women's shoe shouldn’t be that uncommon! 😠
