Great high-quality products that your employees are extremely knowledgeable about. Customer service was fantastic, a lost art. The employee we worked with took the time to assess my daughter's foot (very hard to shop for), find the right size, right shoe, and educate both of us on shoes, how long they should last, etc.

Shoes are a bit pricey, but I do get good service. Like the check in process, you don't have to serch out a acustomer rep, they look for you!
It was my first time with the evaluation. I didn’t understand all that I was being told. In fairness, we arrived within a half hour of closing. They were helpful and attentive, but we’re still not fully clear of the advantages of this store. We purchased 2 pair, but one pair isn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be.

Friendly service and great products! What I love most is the easy return policy. I buy a lot of running shoes and I love knowing that if I take a pair out on a run and they are not the right shoe for me that I can return them no questions asked. Everything at fleet feet is great, from the customer service to the high end foot scan that detects your pressure points when you walk, your foot width, etc. I went in for a new pair of work shoes & im very excited to wear them to work!
