I’m attempting to thru-hike the AT. The staff at the locations near the trail babe been great and they care the best brands to crush those big climbs and miles on the daily! Shout out to the Roanoke store that I recently visited for my latest pair. The staff was Awesome!

I am a new customer so my only knowledge of this store is being able to purchase the walking shoe I knew I needed. The store looked good with eye catching displays. The person who sold me the shoes was polite, well informed about the shoe and upbeat w/o being gushy!
I like how they take the time to analyze my feet, listen to my needs,, make several recommendations and then proceed to try each of those shoe recommendations. They take the feedback and adjust the recommendations.

I like the time that was spent with me and the suggestion and options that were giving. Even though I am not a runner, I believe it is best to have shoes fit to my feet not just pulled off a rack from a store that doesn’t focus on solely on running and foot care.
