The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I came in wanting help with my achy feet and was out in less than 30 minutes with a new pair of shoes in a brand I wasn’t expecting to like and new knowledge about my foot structure to help me in the future.

Allow for on-line orders to be exchanged, on-line or in stores. Also, allow this transaction to occur without losing track of Loyalty-Reward Points or not being able to recover them at all.
Great service! Will be back this weekend for my husband to get a new pair.
If there is an exchange or return that part has been paid with reward dollars, the $15 should automatically be applied to the new purchase. If it’s an even exchange it doesn’t need to be two transactions…one transaction within the return and replacement. It took me forever to exchange an Internet order at Lane Ave. and then had to argue that the $15 reward be applied. This is really ridiculous and not consumer friendly. It also seems as though Lane Ave has inexperienced sales people since from previous visits.
