I love the service of doing a thorough check on your feet. How you walk, pressure point, size, etc. I loved the attention, knowledge and friendliness of my sales girl. She was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely shop here again.

Good selection of shoes, apparel and other accessories for running. Staff was knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot issue. Went on a Sunday and store was very busy. They have a good plan in place to greet customers and get your name on a whiteboard to know who is next in line. Even though my questions were answered, I felt rushed with how crowded the store was and with the staff bouncing back and forth to customers. Great store but for me I will shop during the week or early on a weekend to avoid peak times.
I was very happy with the personal touch and having someone dedicated to helping me find the right shoes. I wasn't expecting a customized experience but I feel like it took a lot of the guesswork out of finding the right shoes! I will absolutely recommend Fleet Feet to anyone I know who is looking for new running shoes.
