Excellent service and attention. Foot scan imaging and diagnostic was very cool and interesting. Footwear, selection somewhat limited. Pricing seems aligned with msrp vs. what is discounted slightly in other sporting goods stores. However, your store was one of only two local stores recommended by medical professionals. Enjoyed the experience and will return. Thank you.
Available staff when you first walk in
The feet pressures are checked and then watching you walk to decide what problems you are having and fit that shoe to your feet to help legs and feet be great feeling while walking or running!

Service was great and very attentive and knowledgeable. Met Dave the owner. He was very welcoming spent the time to chat it up with us. Overall great experience. Bought some shoes socks and glasses and am very happy with the whole experience. We will be coming again and I’ll be sure to recommend this place to my people.

I like the personalized service. Whether you’re a runner or you just have problems with your feet they really help you find the right shoes for you.
This was the first time i've ever had my feet/stance reviewed and gotten feedback on the shape and structure of my feet. It was a really neat experience. Tab was a great help as he walked myself and my husband through the details of our feet.
I've also never REALLY understood what exactly to look for in shoes, so the details and feedback Tab gave me was really insightful.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Also patient as I tried to decide which color I wanted. :) Will go back for sure!

The representative did a fantastic job figuring out exactly what I needed. She asked a lot of questions and was very knowledgeable.
The only complaint I have is that I didn’t receive my scan via email as I should have. Otherwise, service was great.

My son just turned 13. He’s 5’10” and growing like a weed. He’s had pain in his feet due to his fast growth per doctors. I’m a physical therapist who has been aware of my son’s low arches and pronation problems his whole life. I typically order orthotics from a company in Washington who help customize their Hotdog product to match my son’s needs. He recently started playing basketball and volleyball and I watch his left ankle shift to the right of the center of his ankle. I’m concerned about proper footwear support and long term ankle/foot health. I decided to get the Superfoot scan and Kirk at the Folsom Fleet Feet was kind and informational during our phone call as well as during our visit. He made the whole process easy to navigate, kind and made some excellent recommendations for shoes as well as ongoing preventative measures. His customer service and demeanor helped me with my concerns (health) as well as my son with his needs (autism, anxiety, ADD). Thank you!
