Better employee training? The young lady who assisted me was very pleasant but seemed to be focused elsewhere rather than on me, I’m not your typical athletic customer but that’s no reason to treat me like I was taking up her time when there were “real” athletes to assist. I might’ve been in the store 15 minutes, tops. I had to repeat things and kind of prod her for a response. She also didn’t seem to have any product knowledge about the Oofos. We drove from Savannah to your store because it was the closest to us and I wanted to see what was so special about Oofos. I do like the ones I purchased but I feel like I shopped at a box store rather than a specialty store.

the sales person was awesome. She had lots of info about the shoes and good suggestions for me. I came in to get white shoes and ended up buying two pairs, neither of which were white... I love both pairs!

Great brands. But the biggest thing is the community atmosphere of the store. People are so helpful, kind , encouraging and enthusiastic no matter where you are in your sport. I don't go anywhere else for my running shoes.

Garrett was the most helpful sales associate I’ve ever encountered; he listened to what I requested, made sure I tried any possibilities for a very difficult fit. He made sure I was totally satisfied with the shoe before I purchased them. Garrett was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend him and the store for any sport shoes.

Fleet Feet Madison provided one on one service which I didn’t even have to wait. They knew exactly what i needed for the problem I was having and gave me options to choose from. It was excellent service.

Never have I walked out of a shoe store with two pairs of shoes-in my life! I am difficult to size and fit so I am thrilled! You have a customer for life.
