Gabrielle at the Morrisville store was wonderful. She took her time with me, was very knowledgeable about the shoes, inserts, and compression socks. I ended up buying 2 pair of shoes and one pair Gabrielle had to order to accommodate my color preference. Will definitely be back!! Kelly D

Phil was a great help. He knew my pain before I even said my symptoms. He explained so much to me and even eased my fears about being adjusted by the chiropractor. I wore my new shoes all day today for the first time and already felt relief in my feet and legs. I’ve been struggling with pain for over 5 years! So glad my podiatrist recommended this store!

My son and I came into the store to purchase a pair of shoes for him. Admittedly the service we were provided was good but there definitely seemed to be a bit of tension in the air for most of our visit to the store. I am going to guess it was because we were not wearing masks and quite honestly it felt like we were intruding someplace where we didn't belong and were only reluctantly welcomed. If mask wearing is not mandatory, you are going to have to figure out how to make those of us who choose not to wear them feel like a valued customer. My experience was just poor enough that I don't plan on visiting again and not likely to recommend your store to others.
My order was late and no one ever responded my email.
Thank you for taking the time to review your recent shopping experience at Fleet Feet South County. First of all, I'm sorry for your disappointment in the time it took to deliver your shoes. Shipping delays have been very common during COVID-19, and HOKA has been more impacted than others due to their overwhelming growth. Warehouses are short staffed or having to close down for cleaning causing many delays down the supply chain. I apologize that we didn't properly forecast how long the shoes might take and that they arrived later than you expected.
Second, we don't have any record of you emailing the South County store, or any of our staff asking for an update on your shoe order. I'm so sorry that no one responded! That is very frustrating! Can you pass along the email address that you used so that I can follow up with them?

I’m not usually a complainer but... I purchased my second pair of shoes yesterday but was very disappointed in the customer service. When you are paying $140 for tennis shoes. I have an expectation the service will be decent. I entered the store and was immediately told all fittings needed an appt. now because of covid. I decided I didn’t really need a fitting, I would just purchase what I had before. The girl said for me to try them on and she would check back in after talking to someone else. She never came back. I finally just walked the shoes up and paid for them. Staffing was horrible.
My podiatrist recommended I get a quality pair of running shoes to help with Planters Facilities. I went to Fleet Feet and they got me fitted with an amazing pair of shoes that made all the difference in the world. I am a return customer!

Associate was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful! Selection available was pretty good - wish there were a couple of other options in my size range for some brands, but overall a fabulous experience!
