The associates are well trained and professional. They are there not to sell shoes they are there to ensure the customer is fitted properly and is comfortable and the adjustments are correct. I will be back.

We needed some “birthday” sneakers for my 87 year old dad, who is in the hospital right now. I called on my way & my new best friend, Dawn, was able to look up what Dad had worn in the past. When I arrived at Fleet Feet she had them ready for me to purchase. Needless to say, Dad was thrilled 🤩 with his new Brooks & can’t wait to get home to try them out! ☮️ ❤️👟

Well, I don't like that On Cloud shoes does not produce a wide size. But the associate was very helpful in finding another shoe that I believe will fit my needs.

It's saves so much time trying on shoes and finding one you like rather than ordering some online. And the prices are the same in the store as you can get online. The workers are very friendly and helpful, and you get to walk home the same day with a nice pair of shoes!

To start off the technology this store has yo measure your feet and how your feet look like while standing still is incredible. The fact they with this technology they have a better understanding of what would be the best shoe for an individual is amazing. I tried a few pair of shoes and decided to go with the brand I like the most. There was no pressure to buy a certain shoe more like if that is the pair you feel more comfortable with which was great from the costumer service I received.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have been trained on what to look for so they can find the best possible product for you. There's a wide variety of products so that you are able to try different types and get what works best for you. The staff have used items in the store and are able to speak about how it worked for them. Tony has done a good job in selecting his staff.
