I love swimming, meeting new people , the exercise classes are fun and the online classes are a perk. I like the vibe. Everyone is friendly and welcoming !
The people who go are all encouraging as well as the instructor. I love Rita she is the best

If I compare Stratford Y to Milford (the other facility I use regularly), it doesn't come close in terms of cleanliness, well-maintained equipment and friendly staff. I live in Stratford, so I would much rather go to that Y. However, I would recommend Milford over Stratford to other people.

ABSOLUTELY!!
Clean bright facility, friendly staff, and up to date equipment are the 3 biggest reasons I enjoy going to Lakewood Trumbull.
I love the instructors and the classes. The staff is slso very nice and helpful.
Friendly family atmosphere.
All I do is swim laps and it's like swimming outdoor all year round. I would still be there if if they didn't stop silver sneakers. Living on social security, I am using another facility that excepts what I have to work with. I will miss Woodruff.

Extremely well run Y. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We live just down the street from the Fairfield YMCA but use Woodruff because it is a much nicer facility with much friendlier staff
You need to accept Silver Sneakers.

Reinstate Silver Sneakers and please explain why you discontinued it. No one has given me a clear explanation. I’d love to hear from you. I’ve been a loyal member since 2018 rarely missing a day at the Y unless I was away or sick and now its coming to an end for no clear reason.

The Woodruff family YMCA is great! Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The facility, gym, and locker room is always clean and in working order. I would recommend anyone in the Milford/Orange area to join if they are looking for a new fitness club
helpful and warm staff and the kids love going but compared to other Ys the Stratford Y is lacking in cleanliness/upgraded facilities and options for adults looking for classes after work hours and that are more for those aged 30-50.
Very nice and helpful staff.
Cost
IT HAS LOTS OF GREAT CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM. THE TEACHERS ARE GREAT. THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
