The Woodruff YMCA is a safe, clean, and friendly environment. The people (both staff and members) look out for each other and are very welcoming. The aquatics center is very accommodating for seniors with disabilities, and a wonderful area to relax and enjoy.
How about a sauna in Fairfield? Apparently, it's very beneficial to health to spend time in a sauna.
Clean, friendly, and expert training. Enjoy classes with other people who have Parkinson’s.
Need better trainers. More pool hours for family time.
Soundview Family YMCA has everything I need for my workouts! I’m so glad you’re close and convenient. The staff is always super helpful as well.

One item for the “wishlist”- to be able to bring a family member beyond the two visit limit for a nominal fee.
The friendly people, and a clean facility to do your work out or swim. I have been a member since 1980.
The Y is a no judgement zone with everyone taking care of themselves and becoming healthier. Great for individuals and families!

It is totally outdated- take a look at Westport- weight room looks like 1970! The place needs to be totally redone - period!

The programs and classes
are great. The gym could be a bit larger. I had a pass thru United Health Medicare Advantage, but if I had to pay on my own, it would be too expensive per month/year. United dropped me anyway and I will have Aetba next year; but I don't think they cover Y memberships.
The crew at the Y are fantastic. The environment is very pleasant. . Love it.
