Beautiful pictures and delivered quite fast thank you
Ease of purchase. It would have been very nice to have had a group photo of all of the graduates.
I was very pleased with the number of images that were obtained of my son. I don't necessarily care for imposed backdrops that are not real but there were still many more real shots to choose from.
The pictures turned out great
I just assumed that the picture with the wood stand would be printed on something durable. It was printed on cardboard. Typically you'd see the picture printed on metal.
Just disappointed in the cardboard. Cheap.

Paid a lot of money for my pictures and they were shipped in a paper envelope? Would have been better to have something more sturdy because my all pictures were bent during shipping. I was not very happy with that.
The photos came out great, especially receiving the diploma which is hard to capture.
The photos were good quality, and they were available for viewing very quickly. There was a wide variety of backgrounds to choose from when selecting photos to purchase, and the photos arrived quickly and safely.

I don’t think the printing looks professional and am so glad I didn’t get 8x10’s
When my daughter got her picture taken the photographer didn't wait for her to situate and smile. He just snapped the picture and moved on to the next person. I understand there are a lot of students to get through, but he could have at least waited until she was there for 2 seconds, and her tassel wasn't still swinging in her face.
A variety of parent choose from
Our pictures arrived bent and wet since the mailing wrapper was so thin and basically tor. Very disappointed with the way our pictures arrived and being damaged was just horrible especially since it’s our first college graduate In our family.

Clear, centered, very attractive photos
The backgrounds were entirely too busy. Would have ordered more photos if there wasn't so much stuff going on in the background. Would be nice to be able to choose the shot independent of the background.
The pictures were fine but 65$ per photo is insanely expensive, especially when this is a major event and you're getting hundreds of photos anyway. I understand retouching costs time and money too, but at that price you are greatly decreasing your own business because people are not going to buy as many. There were 5 photos that I wanted, but I had to limit myself to two because the price is prohibitively expensive.
Ordering was quick and easy.
The photos were bent when I received them in the mail. Very disappointed and not worth the money. I would appreciate a refund.

Great opportunity for parents to sit back and enjoy graduation without having to worry about taking that special photo. Enjoyed the different backgrounds, but would have liked to see one more pose with the same back grounds.

Liked the candid poses captured but photo we chose was blurry. Not sure anything can be done.
