My son was blinking in the photo. Maybe look at what you are doing so the person is actually smiling and doesn’t have their eyes closed in the photo!!!

Great photo clear
The watermark is all over the picture covering flaws and making it hard to view the picture clearly. I thought that picture was much better than it actually was. I would not have purchased the picture. There needs to be fewer watermarks on such a small proof.
I thought the pictures were flattering and captured the full moment of my hooding that my family could not access due to proximity. Thank you for commemorating this moment for me!
The one photo that would have looked really great was when my graduate was shaking hands with the university president receiving his diploma, but that picture was completely blurred. There were only about two or three photos that were not blurry and the rest could have been so nice in the photo package if they were not blurry.
My 8x10 photo of my son receiving his diploma was blurry.
I made a mistake when ordering and immediately called for help. The representative was super helpful and my product arrived correctly.
I think the quality of my graduation pictures were poor. The lighting was dark, the angles were bad, and the prices were ridiculously high. I did email the support team to discuss my disappointment but was responded with dismissal. I was told that a person reviewed my photos and they did not think they were dark or at poor angles. I disagree but purchased at full price anyway because they capture special moments that cannot be recreated.

I feel you are overly priced. As a single mom that has just paid for six years of college it was a struggle to order pictures. Since it was her masters degree, I ordered but it was a financial hardship.
The photographer had graduates make a funny face for one of the two photos they took the day of graduation. It looked bad and therefore eliminated one of the two photos.
Website was easy to use, pictures arrived swiftly, pictures were good quality.

I ordered the 3 pack JPEG package and sent them to my mother for printing. The online JPEG version is working fine, but the printing has been incredibly difficult to work with, and the photos have not been formatted properly despite multiple attempts to change the formatting. That is something that was - and still is, I haven't gotten a response from the help email I sent - very frustrating to me

When I search for the proofs for my graduate, the system tells me that there are no proofs. I had to scroll through every single page (106 of them) to find some photos of my graduate. I emailed your customer service group and received a reply on 5/20/25 from Emiyah indicating that they were looking into the issue. I followed up on both 5/24/29 and 5/29/25 and have never received a reply. To say that I am extremely disappointed is an understatement. There are photos that I know that were taken that are still not showing. (There are no posed photos of any doctoral student.) In two of the photos that I were able to find, the photographer captured the back and the camera of another one of your photographers taking another graduate's picture. I would like someone to contact me to discuss where my proofs are.
