THe picture were amazing. Great job capturing. the price of the digital downloads was ridiculous. Its a digital download. You don't have any overhead there. I get you need to cover the cost of photographers, but the price of the downloads was still way too high.
Quality and price for the Quality was very disappointing.
Pictures were awful. Had a stated as start time. Why delay for people unable to plan ahead?
Photos were excellent. Lots of choices. Work was good quality. Ordering was easy and convenient. One thing. We paid for a touch up on one photo (hair removal). And did not receive. Photo was received digitally untouched.

I tried to contact regarding the photos with the president but no one replied back. Having the picture framed by president handing over the degree is something special and I didn’t get that.

I was impressed with the snapshots taken during the ceremony. I'd almost rather have that than the formal pose. The system was easy to use and I received the photos quickly. They were just as expected - good quality.

I ordered one 5 x 7 print and one edge of it is ragged and missing the photo print showing a streak of white. Why this was even mailed to me after being printed is shocking and shows no attention to detail. This was a very overpriced photo print with the worst printing quality of any online photo service I've ever used.

Prices seem high but that's just what it is
I am disappointed in the pricing and quality of photos. We ordered a magnet and for the price it’s very small. The prices for photo packages are OUTRAGEOUS! We feel taken advantage of as those were our only options for photos from certain angles and positions of the graduation ceremony.
I am very pleased with how my daughters pictures came out. I highly recommend!!
