Let first generation students know where to look at the cameras when getting their diploma. Make prices more affordable for non-traditional students who do not have their parents paying for photos.
I appreciate the clarity of the pics, the amount of pictures to choose from and the variety of choices of backgrounds, frames, etc.
I would have liked a larger size of keychain because the picture is extremely small. But the quality of the keychain is very nice.

It was way too expensive, and i felt pressured to order quickly by all the emails claiming that the prices would increase. Honestly, it feels like they intended to rip people off by taking as much money as possible, while taking advantage of the fact that this is a once in a lifetime event. I dont have a lot of money, and it felt really discouraging to have to pay so much for just a couple of pictures to remember this big achievement.

The prices are ludicrous. $100 for just JPEGs, really? The prints are also super expensive, but I guess I get some of that. It felt like my sentiments for a special day were being held ransom. Anyways, I am sure it makes sense for you, this is just my point of view.
