The variety of photo options from which to pick.

The photos that I purchased could have been centered into the photo prints that I ordered better than they were.
Pictures were good, easy to order, pictures came quickly.
Your do great work and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of taking pics in various meaningful locations of our graduate, places we couldn't be as the graduates were walking and moving to their seats and getting their degree of course.
Please consider
1) Mailing print photos in water resistant packaging, especially if the order does not fit in a mailbox. Families live in different parts of the country and they travel during summer months, envelopes can sit a long time in rainy and damp environments and mailpersons may place the envelope on the ground near the door to not bend it, but it will be left to open elements until the owner gets home.
2) When offering mix and match packages for print photos, consider providing more options for picture choices and different size options
3) Consider offering discounted Purdue degree frames options both for large size degree documents and small size degree documents when people order print photos (not just picture frames/plaques and tassel preservation options).
Great but a little too pricey
The first set of proofs I received my body was diagonal. The team was great after receiving my email about having them correct, but I was very shocked that was how my proofs came back
My frame came broken, I emailed customer service and still have not received a response.

The portal to select photos could have been better and digital download packages could have been better.

I never saw any pictures of my son actually receiving his diploma and shaking the presidents hand. I only got the proof of him standing in front of the Fitchburg screen which, honestly, I could have done myself. I really wanted the picture of him receiving his degree.
The quality of the photos was great and the process to order was very straightforward.

All of the pics with my daughter (except for 2) she had red hair. My daughter has naturally very dark brown hair. Although many different photos were taken I only purchased 2 because they were the only ones where my child looked like herself.
The price to download 3 pictures was ridiculous. Packages were even higher is why I had to download to print myself. Some shots were not as professional as I expected.
