I liked that there were candid photos taken, not just the posed ones. Two of the three pictures I ended up ordering were candids.
Pics are great
The quality of the photos were a bit disappointing but I guess since I didn’t purchase the 20.00 per photo touch ups I deserved it.Just sad that you all can’t provide a normal decent quality photo without trying to screw people into buying your upgrades.
Quality of photo not great
Everything looked great, however I was hoping the flash on my gown would’ve been fixed when I paid for all of the touch-ups.
I was expecting a more high quality product. They did not meet my expectations.

I’m so disappointed in the photos that were captured of my husband at the ceremony. There was one halfway flattering photo.

The lighting of one of the photos was really bad. It’s dark. That same photo wasn’t cut properly, you can see the white of the photo sheet. The only thing good about it is my son is in the photograph. It’s really disappointing.
I don’t have the link or confirmation email for my order, so I can’t see my pictures.
I liked the pictures that were taken, however, I only wanted to purchase 4 pictures. But the packages available were 1, 3, or 6 pictures. So none of these were good options for me. I did not appreciate the lack of customization.

Give more time to make decisions on purchases two days was not enough time. Also now that the order is here I have a glass picture that is very nice, but I can’t figure out how to safely set it up.
Perhaps I am the person who did not read the description correctly but the appearance on the website for the frame I ordered did not look like what it did on the website when I received it.
