Nice photos, but too expensive

Navigating was a little challenging for my parents. And also the package choices where limited. Other than that I love the picture choices. They capture the right moments.

Your website needs a LOT of work. Wanted to check out as a guest and it deleted everything in my order, my favorites, everything so I had to start all over after going to dinner. I was on vacation trying to meet the discount deadline.
Even after creating an account, once I made a picture a favorite, if I wanted to UNfavorite it, it did not always disappear from my favorites page. This made the process of elimination extremely difficult and frustrating, unnecessarily so.
I can't remember the other problems now because that was weeks ago and the Utah heat probably baked some of my brain cells away; however, the most disappointing thing was how expensive your prices are. We live in Fort Collins, CO so we are accustomed to "sticker shock"; but your prices are worse than what we have experienced here. We would have LOVED to order more prints and to have all the digital prints vs the 7.
Are you aware how expensive Wyotech is? My family is one of millions in America that just barely makes too much to qualify for financial assistance; and yet we get to pay a lot in taxes to help others go to school. Then we have little left for our own schooling. So yeah, we are fortunate we could afford some pictures but sure would have been nice to have had more of our son's BIG day as Outstanding Student, Eagle Tech, Shop Lead, Perfect Attendance, etc. He worked hard.

I was about to put on my sash and cord and they stated they would put them on for me so I wasn't paying attention. They did as they were telling me to scan QR code and what not. My pictures were made without my sash on. I wish they noticed this and took more time than 3 minutes for pictures. Besides that I am pleased with the overall experience and pictures.

I didn’t have any interaction of Covid placing my online order

product is beautiful and arrived faster than expected. struggled a bit with online order process.

I ordered pictures using PayPal over 2 weeks ago and I still don't have them and you do not provide a way for me to find out status.

If we are talking about the pictures: at least 2 different poses and different backgrounds( like, where the city the school is at).

Way too many emails. Quality of pictures was not impressive for the price.

Photos are not professional quality. Too costly for seeming I have to print myself. Cost is consistent with a studio quality product portrait. This is not

Digital photo way too expensive especially when the email was not received as promised and had to call a couple of times to get ahold of someone to remedy the issue. Should be refunded 50% of cost at least.

I liked that was very easy to get to website and order photos, also I liked that you had a choice of picking sizes, poses and quantity if you did not want a certain package. I would buy from this service again.
