Quick service and delivery of an excellent product.
The photos and communication was great, however I was sad when I opened mailbox to see the think envelope bent causing a curve in the pictures. I wish you would have sent them in a firm envelope or included some sort of cardboard to prevent that from happening.
Good quality photos with good # of choices of backgrounds. Order was completed very quickly.

I only received one of the two photos I purchased and it was of low-grade quality even after purchasing the retouches.
Was very easy ordering and very fast on delivery
The picture with Hogan walking with his fellow graduates the picture is blurry. I would not have ordered if I knew this was not going to be a clear crisp picture. I also thought I was only ordering the North Dakota State University caption on the bottom of the head shot of Hogan. I did not want this caption on the other two pictures. I changed the head shot picture to take off the word commencement and I did not want that on the other pictures, now I have it on the two pictures that I did not want anything on. For what we paid I was disappointed in the pictures.
I haven't received my order yet.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to pay $20 for a 5x7 photo. It’s also ridiculous that your photographer blocked the view of my daughter with her faculty members so that I couldn’t take my own photo. What a scam!

Making sure the graduate and Chancellor are both looking at the camera before taking the picture. Paying attention to detail so that the picture is nice.
The options to choose the sizes of photographs should be more and flexible.
(the reason being that many may not want too many wallets size pics.
The Pics should be available on all sizes ( including 4" x 6") also.
we may also want to order more 8x10" sizes but prices and options should be reasonable
Asking for a feedback is a good idea so it can be mr satisfactory experience for Parents as its a big milestone in a students life.

The photographs are just too costly
Fees are outrageous for downloads, some photos were overexposed, blurry, and not good quality to expect payment for. Photos were not edited to the bare minimum- we should not be expected to pay extra to have flash removed from glasses, photos received should not have other colored hues present when paying over $100 for 3 downloads- the quality does not align with the cost of what is being asked for the products

It's a excellent quality, but expensive for who want to get the file format.
My photo options included photos of someone other than myself. It kept misidentifying me.
