Great photos and super easy to order!
I liked my photos. But the picture frame was broken.
On one of the photos, without being requested, or advised it would be done, writing was added to one of the photos.
All the pictures are very nice!!
Captured a great picture and the cards are very well made.
Service was fine, it's the images I'm "meh" about. I don't look for reasons to complain or be unhappy, they just aren't what I expected or what I received from another company when my daughter graduated in the same venue 2 years ago. In hers, they had the students face the chairs with other graduates and set the flags up on either side so there was more intention. They also received pre-instruction on where to hold their diploma so that it made it into the picture. The pictures I received this time look like I snuck down to the floor and took them myself. I'm very happy to have the one I purchased, I just don't feel it's representative of a professional charging a premium for their product.
The photos were well done. I loved that we could crop or alter the photo to some degree if we desired. I loved that there were multiple options to choose from and I was extremely pleased that some affordable packages were offered.
Thank you immensely for offering this service! I don't know how else we would have been able to capture these memories.

I paid $100 for three pictures and I never received a link to download. Even no reaponse for my complaint.
Have someone tell the graduates where everything is located such as the water, where you can take some quick pics, where to sign your names, etc. And give them an estimate of how much time they have left so they know what to do with their time
The photos they offered us were primarily of our graduate. The prints turned out very nice.
Better prices. Way to expensive
The quality of the printed photograph wasn’t very good. The first one I received was so dark that I couldn’t distinguish parts of the photograph. I emailed to complain and the CSR was wonderful and did send me another photograph. This one was slightly better, but, honestly, still not great.

The photos that I purchased could have been centered into the photo prints that I ordered better than they were.

Your do great work and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of taking pics in various meaningful locations of our graduate, places we couldn't be as the graduates were walking and moving to their seats and getting their degree of course.
Please consider
1) Mailing print photos in water resistant packaging, especially if the order does not fit in a mailbox. Families live in different parts of the country and they travel during summer months, envelopes can sit a long time in rainy and damp environments and mailpersons may place the envelope on the ground near the door to not bend it, but it will be left to open elements until the owner gets home.
2) When offering mix and match packages for print photos, consider providing more options for picture choices and different size options
3) Consider offering discounted Purdue degree frames options both for large size degree documents and small size degree documents when people order print photos (not just picture frames/plaques and tassel preservation options).
