The team took a nice variety of pictures of our grad. Unfortunately the one of her receiving her diploma from the university president was out of focus and that was one we especially wanted.
This may be the school, but let the grads keep the card with their name and the bar code to scan for pictures. Our daughter didn’t have her phone on her and could not scan the card and she had to give the card to the person who said her name at the ceremony. She told us scanning the card was the only way to get pictures. We did not receive any prior knowledge of how professional photos were being handled.

You get exclusive access to take these photos and then charge ridiculously high prices for any and every package choice. Companies that use their priviliged access to gouge people like this just disgust me.
I didn't appreciate you including my interpreters in every shot. They didn't help me graduate. I would prefer you to take pictures of me only. Thanks.
The Quality of the pictures and the fast delivery.
Photos arrived bent and need to be replaces. Also, the photos with the thumbs up look awful and the retouching was terrible.

The variety of different pictures!
I paid almost $30.00 on 1 8x10 and when I received the photo, the quality was poor. It came bent and when I opened it, the picture was so blurry. Whomever took the photos did not focus their camera correctly, because my sons face is as blurry as the background. Im highly disappointed that I paid that much for one photo and it isn't even good. Im so grateful I did not order a package like I was planning too. I would not recommend this to anyone else. It was a special day that we cannot re do, unfortunately. Just very disappointing.

It would have been nice to have a better angle of our student receiving his diploma where you could see more of the face and less simply the side of the head.
The previews were too low quality to tell which pictures were good, especially the far away shots, so I purchased photos that looked ok on the preview but when I was able to view the full resolution image they don’t look good. Additionally, the photos I received are grainy and absolutely not worth the money I paid for them. If anybody ever asks me about my experience with purchasing photos from this company I will strongly recommend against using or purchasing any photos.

The outdoor pictures of my graduate walking around the fountain had other graduates dominate in the photo. Also, the first link received was not my graduate at all but someone else.
The photos of the stage were ok but large chunk of empty overhead space and it was difficult )actually impossible) for me to utilize the crop feature.
Pictures were very expensive. There was lots of glare on the photos.
In general, good photographer for event. Nothing special about the company.

It is nice to have access to photographs taken by professionals. I don’t love the photo that was taken holding a beaver stuffed animal, but I am happy with the Photographer ability to retouch the portrait to be closer to what I actually paid for it. Thank you.
