One of the photos I received was of the wrong "Delaney" walking across the stage. I reached out to your company to let them know and to ask for them to send me the proof of my Delaney. I never got a response and my photo proofs were never updated to include the correct "Delaney."

Poor photographs of my child during graduation (they were blurry & no one stopped him to let him know he was being photographed). The ordering website was difficult to navigate. I ordered photos with enhancements (& paid extra) to smooth his skin but it looked the same as the original. Terrible service!

First of all, you need to stop pestering people to buy your products. If we want to buy them, we will. I bought the picture I wanted a year after my graduation, when I wanted to, after which, you have not stopped emailing me about ‘feedback’.
Incredibly, incredibly annoying. Stop harassing people through email to buy stuff.

Provided pictures I was not able to take due to distance from my seat to the ceremony. Also able to get candies I could not. Once I figured out how to order, it was easy to use the site.
The products look great and arrived on a timely manner
You ship my photos in a 5x7 envelope with a flimsy piece of cardboard. No protection or sleeves between photos. Each image should be in a card/sleeve.
The length of time to receive the product took a long time.
I'm surprised that the company would sell and send a photo with a bad caption. I did get a replacement but it's hard to believe that would happen in the first place.

Very expensive. I already spent tens of thousands on tuition and everything that goes along with it. Photos of one of the biggest achievements of my life should not cost hundreds of dollars.

I ordered online… and the hot nozhing. Had a hard time looking up contact numbers. Then I was told the pictures arrived at the address only to find another order form. Something must have gone wrong.

I should have edited the photos, it was unclear to me how terrible the unedited photos would be delivered. My Granddaughters face appears to have bulges and bumps, her hands don't look real.
Stop being so persistent in sending reminder notices about ordering photos. We had already ordered and continued to receive multiple messages (often more than one in a day) urging us to take advantage of discounted order rates.
Also, we were disappointed that the official photo of our son was taken in some conference room with messy coat racks and other items in the background. There was no backdrop and we could not find any way to order photos with the background edited to replace the ugly scene with a more professional looking backdrop.
Overall, we felt the value for the money we paid was lacking.
It took way too long to receive the products. Almost a month.
Pictures are way too expensive - generate a more affordable package!
