I was really disappointed that no pictures were taken of my son receiving his diploma or shaking hands with the president of CNM. I was looking forward to framing a close up photo of my son in his cap and gown. None of the photos taken were up close and just of him. I did order a couple photos, but not as many as I would have had better photos been taken.
I have not received the pictures I have purchased.

Have better focus on the digital photos
Technically it wasn’t you or your team! It was the person taking the pictures they were horrible! Mouth open without any warning, tassel in his face no warning or notification stating hey ready or smile. Would have ordered more if pictures were nicer!

Shipping on my photo order is slow. I'm still waiting for my photos that were ordered over two weeks ago. I know that there is a disclaimer stating that the photos can take up to three weeks to arrive but sheesh, I didn't think it would actually take three weeks.
Didn’t correctly the red-eye on the picture I purchased.
Horrible photos, they even uploaded photos with eyes closed for us to purchase. We did purchase a few other pictures to keep but are not happy with the photos in general. Never seen such unprofessional pictures taken at such important life events. DU should seriously consider to find a better alternative for any future events.
The pictures are beautiful. The posing process was a bit confusing but worked out in the end. Was there a digital copy of these pictures included?
My grandson graduated on June 15 from Oregon State University the next day on the 16th. We ordered pics from your company. I believe I haven’t received them yet so I thought maybe it the order didn’t go through so I checked my banking $107 was taken out so I’m wondering when I’m gonna get my pics I understand the school had like 3000 kids graduate and I’m sure you’re trying to finish it but if you can text me back quickly that they’re on their way or it’s taking longer than you thought. I’m just a little disappointed because he picked out the ones that he wanted and I was gonna frame him for his mother and himself. My number here is Phone number removed but then you have my email. The prices are costly and while I know how blessed I am to have the supports I do I know there are others who do not have the same supports I do but rather they are the supporters. We all work equally hard to get to graduation. I think if there were a way to pay for photos with financial aid or if scholarships are offered to give everyone more of a fair opportunity to be able to remember this momentous event. Thank you.

Disappointed how expensive the photographs were. As a college student, I'm already on a tight budget.

As a parent I would’ve loved to had a picture with her shaking hands with Dr.Wilson. A frontal view. It should’ve been a pause and look. I had no good pictures worth spending the money, however I still purchased something.
Prices for digital purchases. We all know it doesn't cost nearly as much overhead to buy digital format.

Reasonable price and nice photo from torso up only
The last four picture proofs weren't even my kid and the two prior to the only had half my kids face and was blurry or almost unrecognizable. Please do better at making sure the right kid goes to the right parent for ordering. Wish there were more proofs to choose from of MY kid.

We pay out our butts for our kids to attend college! Then have a crap graduation because they aren't getting their doctorates! Then you expect us to pay out our butt for pictures! Not a happy parent all the way around!!
