I ordered 2 sets of magnets. One came back with the hats of the Dean and my daughter the same color as the black background so they look bald. Cant see their hats at all.

The second one I ordered I spent time cropping so it would be very centered into the magnet. It came to us with part my daughter's arm/gown cut off.

Its sad because these are the photos we look at the most on our fridge every day and I also gave them to my family. I wanted them to be perfect.

A bit of a waste of $60 in my opinion. (4 magnents x 2)
Especially for such a special event.

Upon receiving my product the glass was broken

I don’t think the “touch up” option was worth the money.
I would be interested to see what was touched up or the before and after the touch up.

Photos were badly developed. There was glare in the glasses and not removed. Not visible in the sample photo. I also paid for light finishing nothing done! Very bad experience. I did not also receive my oine copy yet.

Very professional

I would of liked the option to purchase the other pictures without having to buy a package I didn't need. I really loved them all.
I'm a scrapbooker and the others would of looked nice in an album.

The pictures turned out great! Loved the different options for the background and all the extras you can get. Only problem i had was the envelope had "Do not bend" and it was bent, so pictures a lil crinkled. Not your fault - post office fault! I still love the picture. Thank you.

I just felt the pictures are very poorly done and a bit expensive. They are not centered and also not as clear for a professional picture. My magnet came out terrible quite honestly

I usually have fantastic results every time I order from this company but this year the picture lighting was terrible on the plaque I purchased my daughter. I am
very disappointed as these pictures were not cheap.

The pricing was high but the pictures are great. Wish the ones with her shaking hands would have been better as her eyes are closed.

I loved the selection and it was very easy to order the photos. I was just a bit disappointed with the focus on the shot that was more close up. I realize it was just a cropped photo from the full body photo but it was a bit fuzzy. Otherwise, love that you offer family and friends the opportunity to buy photos from the graduation ceremonies. Thank you!

I ordered photos with touch ups and they dont look like they were touched up at all. I see a dark thread/or hair across the picture. Thats disappointing considering these photos were not cheap. I also expected teeth to be tou he'd up and they also were not. I paid for touch ups and didn't receive what was paid for.
And I didnt want the added writing on the phots but it was there. I paid a lot and did not get what I was expecting out it. I'm pretty upset overall.

I never received my pics (checked junk folder) and no responds when I sent an email asking about them. I have already paid (2x I think for pics I never received). Name removed

The prices, the cost of graduation day pictures and the cost of Senior pictures is mind blowing. Also there needs to be a way for just single picture purchases either print or digital. Also with each digital purchase of picture a release form so the parents can choose how many copies they need.

My order was filled exactly as I requested, and it arrived in a timely fashion.

The photos are good and easy to access.

I loved the close up image of our graduate. I was a little concerned about the university’s name distorted in the background. I would have liked to see the full name. The caption at the end of the photo bearing the school’s name is good. The picture should have come with the framing instead of being extra. That would have enhanced the picture.
