I was shocked by the price of a digital download
The photos were bent at the corners and buckled in mail. I would like to speak with someone about a replacement.
I loved the variety of poses to choose from
We experienced exemplary customer service! The company was able to offer a remedy to an attire issue in our photos, and the team was very responsive through the entire process.
I liked that was very easy to get to website and order photos, also I liked that you had a choice of picking sizes, poses and quantity if you did not want a certain package. I would buy from this service again.
Nice to be able to order pictures, but very expensive and the pictures title did not fully print out the whole town name. It only printed Klamath F when it should have read Klamath Falls
The picture is way too dark.
Ordering was easy. The quality of my 8x10 wasn’t the greatest. It was way too glossy for my liking. I thought it would have been a matte finish.
The pricing packages. I only wanted 2 photos but the cheaper package was to buy 3 photos rather than pay for 2 photos individually.

Nice pictures. Nothing needed to do to get pictures.. we all got emails with link to pics as opposed to just the graduate.
The individual picture had very poor lighting, 60% of the face was covered in a shadow.

I feel like the images were ridiculously over priced and not necessarily the quality that I would have expected. I had 5x7's printed and they weren't really very clear. I think, especially considering the fact that it's a community college, the cost was unreasonable. The only reason I didn't give a lower rating is because I was glad to be able to get pictures at all.
So many watermarks it obscured the photo to the point that upon receiving the photo, had we received a clear preview, we would not have ordered
My photo came in bent single 8x10. The shipping package should be thicker and more rigid to make it thru the postal system cant figure out how to do a claim or complain

The photos you got of my graduate were beautiful. I loved having some posed and several candids. It was an unexpected service on her big day and to have you reach out via email with so many choices was an awesome surprise. We loved what we chose to purchase and you shipped so fast, everything accurate and looked truly lovely. I could not be happier- your service is white glove all the way and we thank you for capturing the important moments of the day (as well as some smaller, quieter ones too). You were able to do that for us in a way we could not. Forever grateful..thank you.

The quality was exceptional. We loved the variety of choices we could make. We are so pleased with plaque,picture and magnets and timeliness of receiving them!

Digital photo way too expensive especially when the email was not received as promised and had to call a couple of times to get ahold of someone to remedy the issue. Should be refunded 50% of cost at least.
