The picture quality was pretty good.

Improving quality and not making it look like people are plastered on the screens. Photo quality seems like the pictures were taken with an old android.

I sent you an email and I made an order and I still have not received anything that tells me that the order is in progress or even received but the money has come out of my credit card account. Very disappointed with your website and lack of customer service even understanding that it is a holiday.
First and foremost the prices went up every time I went to look at the photo. You have a small window to purchase. The digital download was extremely expensive. Not all the photos were available for me to see. Honestly a bit disappointed in the experience. A lot of the alumni speaks in the cost effectiveness of the products and it doesn’t seem to be attractive to students.
I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the wood was perfect, along with the wording. I also was happy that I received it so quickly. I will be ordering again.

I still have not received the pictures I purchased. I purchased 3 digital images and all I received was a receipt but now links to download the pictures. I even emailed the team asking about this and I still have not heard anything. Terrible experience and I want my pictures.

One of the available picture of me, wasn't actually me, but was, another student. Aside from us being a similar size in terms of body, we don't look that similer. While it did give me a good laugh, it did limit my photo options.
Otherwise. The pictures were a neat feature and I did order two prints (of myself) for my parents and grandparents.

WHen sending out pictures ensure that they link to the correct person and not someone else. I had to search for my photos because you linked the wrong person in the message that was sent and the attached link.
