I wouldn't use your services again. Not sure what happened on your end. A refund would always be accepted, but it won't fix the photos. I'll get prints from my phone now and they'll be much better. That's the challenge that faces photography today.
Take better pictures, better organization and communication, and more affordable prices.

Better quality photos for the price. One photo had graduate standing left side facing photographer with cell phone in hand, clearly in photo. Would have been nice if photographer made the recommendation to move phone to right hand so cell phone would not be in shot. Maybe more photographers needed so not so rushed to get all graduate pics taken. Need better attention to detail.

Try to get better photographers. Quality of pictures seem good. Actual photo's taken were poor.
The photo I received has a logo at the bottom that was not on the proof. The logo was not on the proof that I reviewed before purchase and I did not grant permission for your company to add the logo after I paid for it. If the logo was going to be on the photo without my permission, why was the logo not shown on the proof? At time of ordering, the website clearly indicated that” this is how your photo will appear”. That was not the case. I called to request a print without the logo, as I ordered it. I was told that including the logo was part of the contract with the school. So why wasn’t it included on the propf I looked at? Very disappointed to not get the item I ordered and reviewed for accuracy.

I placed an order of my grad pics and the quality was horrible. My pic was dark and had a terrible glare.

Pictures were great!! Ordering was easy. Enhancement for photo options could be 4x5 photos to purchase. Would have liked to purchase one 4x5 of each photo taken for a album. 5x7 are to large.
