Toooo gad Dyaum expensive, even for a simple jpeg download.
I have emailed you multiple times the photos do not have the touchup on them that I paid for and one of the five by sevens I thought was going to be a large picture of my son with the president of the school instead it has four little pictures that will never use I paid $200 and none of these pictures are framable

The picture I received was folded by the mailing service. Though it was written on the envelope not to fold it but they didn't take care. I feel that keeping the picture in two cardboard pieces would have protected it.

The picture was ok but at least you should offer one with blank background. It's a easy fix.
The pictures were beautiful and the staff on-scene were amazing, but the user interface of the website is not great on mobile, and I believe some of the services are overpriced; specifically the digital download. $60 for a digital download is ridiculous, and I believe you are taking advantage of the elderly and those who are not familiar with technology with the option for "multiple downloads". I ordered one 5 x 7 photo, and there is a white line on the right of my photo which appears to be a sub-par cutting job. I also just wanted a plain picture, but there was no way I could find to remove my college's logo from the photo. I was able to remove the text thankfully. I was afraid it wasn't going to work, because when I removed the text a graphical glitch occurred where the number "2" was displayed as text. I do appreciate the opportunity to leave feedback.

I only had one decent photo, and even it was washed out. My backdrop photo was extremely rushed I didn’t even get a second chance if I blinked. They definitely could have spent a few more seconds. The actual grad photos my eyes were half closed in all of them
Child’s posed pic has section of hair across her face. Clearly not her hairstyle as if they didn’t even look at the pic they took. Since we had no other option we bought the photo. That process was quick and easy and pics arrived quickly so this is why the rate got to a 5
The convenience of family not having to get a great photo on graduation day or having to schedule an outside photo session.

I thought the prices were pretty extravagant. I have paid professional photographers and feel that this company is profiting off families desperation to get a good picture of their loved one on a very special day knowing how difficult it is to get a good picture in a packed field house. While I do not in any way criticize the photography, I appreciate the pictures, I just feel they were very pricey. I feel selling the proofs for a reasonable amount in this day and age is fair.
No pictures captured while I was on stage to receive my diploma and coming down out of stage. That was a huge disappointment!

Photos were nice and clear, but the paper was thin. I had to cut the wallets myself instead of receiving individually cut pictures. Price was high for the quality of photo print paper I received.
