1) whiten teeth at no additional charge
2) let grads hold a diploma cover instead of a semi crushed rolled up paper
3) make sure the background enhances the photo. My grad in green in front of a mostly green background disappeared so I only had the white background to choose from.
4)Set up a few places at key locations prior to and after event for group photos.
I feel that the prices were way to high for the low quality photos. The photographer could have made a better attempt to take a photo that was worth paying for. Perhaps work with the school and students to encourage them to stop, turn and actually look at the camera.
I really did make an honest mistake. And ordered the wrong photos. Now I am being asked to send them back to get the right one I wanted. That is even more money I have to spent. I also wanted to order both students photos under one order and was not sure how. OS I wasted money having to pay shipping 2 times. Plus your AI did not work and you had my kids photos mixed up. I won't use this service again. Plus the photos were very expensive. you are making a fortune off of people. Really 20+ dollars for an 8 by 10.

I was glad to see some candid shots during the ceremony.
A couple of the photos were bent. I didn’t appreciate that after the expense of the photos. They should have been packaged more securely.
I felt very rushed to order in time. You had a due date to order. So when I had to ordererd a picture on canvas and I thought I had it centered right, it's not centered right and you can't even see the diploma with the name on it and it's blown up too big. I called you guys and they offered to do another picture which we don't want that background. And they wanted me to send back this old one that you're just going to throw away. So I'm left with this picture that isn't good. They needed to state that canvas when it wraps around the frame that you're gonna lose your picture that I centered.
Easy access to photo. Nice picture variations to choose from. Easy order process and delivered quickly.
I liked that the photographers were out in the courtyard after the ceremony taking pictures of more than just the diploma scene.

The prices are a bit steep. In this economy, these prices are crazy! I could only afford to get two pictures for my daughter and I would have loved to get more, but cannot afford it.

I like the reminders to order and the various backgrounds to choose from. I did not really approve of the lighting of photo, the graduate seemed darker than actually is. The price was a bit high.
Wish the photo would have been edited. The graduates face is so shiny. I'm wondering if a matte finish would have been better. Examples of finishes would be helpful.
1. The photos were not great. My daughter’s photo appeared to look like a mugshot. I would have hoped/expected the photographer to do a retake or assist her with looking decent.
2. The price for 1 singular digital photo was absolutely outrageous. It felt like a money grab to parents who want a decent photo but for $60 for a single digital photo, not even a print, is awful.
I paid the $200 to get all my pictures but I am not satisfied with the quality at all given the special occasion. For the prices you’re charging, I would have expected MUCH better photos.
I didn’t rate lower because the photos of my daughter were captured at the very moment she received her diploma. I would have preferred to take my own pictures though.
