Your way too expensive

The banner at the bottom of the photo that says the school and commencement date - the text should be center and middle aligned in the white space, not at the top. It looks goofy.
There was no communication on where or how to get these photos. It took a bunch of people asking before the community figured it out.
Some of my child's photos were poorly done. Huge glares behind him, poor lighting. The picture on the stage was taken when he was making a funny face (face was not on purpose) That was the picture most wanted but didn't get. There should have been a second shot.

Photographs were of great quality and captured the most perfect moments of my sons graduation.

Easy to see the photos of our graduate and easy to make payment.

Everything was great. Photos were great and arrived quickly. The number of photos to select from was also great. The multiple emails were definitely a good reminder to get my order placed, but I felt it was a bit too much.

The photos are very nice. Nothing was done wrong at all and I did end up making a purchase. I know that the speed of the process limits the number of shots that can be taken.

I'm disappointed that my graduate's face was obscured by his tassel, but I'm not an idiot - this is absolutely not the fault of the photographer. I also know that it would make no sense financially to shoot a burst of a dozen shots of each graduate just to find the frame in which the face is completely exposed.

The pictures were nicely composed and the process was easy. I wish the prices were more affordable, but I'm in the business: I absolutely understand.

I would recommend the company because they did a good job.

I think the process of getting the items that you is very confusing. There should be a tracking number that shows you where your stuff is and when it has arrived.

My sons tassel was stuck to his gown and wasn’t corrected and I paid to have strays cleaned up in his photos and it was not corrected.

Easy to navigate and good selection of photos.

While the photos were great, the cost is absolutely too expensive. $99 for 3 photos is ridiculous.

be sure all the shots are in focus or take 2 and provide the higher quality choice to us in our package

My son graduated this year too. Their package included all of the digital photos video clips and actual photos for a lesser price. Overall, the my daughter's photos were nice but not so much so that they cost so much more for less product.

I received a link stating that the pictures were available, and I made my initial purchase. However, I then received another link several days later, informing me that my child's pictures were now available. Had I known that a specialized set of images would be available for their pictures, I would have waited to place my order. Also, the digital copy of the pictures is quite costly when nothing is being printed.

Prices were so high for individual digital prints.
