The picture with the diploma after walking across the stage on grad day should have a better backdrop in my opinion. The dark hallway behind wasnt significant to me. The picture on stage while shaking hands was very good.

Prices seemed a little high.
I paid for pictures long ago. I have not received any communication regarding the status of my order. And have not received any pictures. I also have not received an email in which I could track the order.
Nice quality photo! However, I wish it was not ridiculously unaffordable! $60 for one single photo is absolutely unacceptable since you guys have a complete monopoly on graduation photos for this ceremony (and I’m sure many of the other graduation ceremonies at MSU). This means you guys likely are making a lot of profit, which is surely not going to the photographers and photo editors. Please consider lowering the prices by half at least or giving graduates a free photo of their choice. Do better, don’t be greedy!!!!

The pictures were really expensive and none of them made me look good. All of my pictures were all taken at an angle that made my excess weight look worse. I got a few just to have some official photos of the moment, but it has made me so upset that I'm going to retake my pictures on my own. Additionally the green backdrop used has a stain and I don't know if that was the fault of the college or your company, but since the only picture of me receiving my diploma had that backdrop I had no choice but to immortalize the stained backdrop. I would suggest making sure backgrounds are not stained, and a mirror at the photography stop and more direction from photographers to keep us from looking bad. Additionally the only casual picture taken of me was done without warning and subsequently I still look bad.

I ordered 1 photograph and I was happy with the result. The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because of the pricing. The packages are too expensive, considering we are graduates and haven't started working.
Pictures are blurry and very poor quality. Definitely not worth the money. Worst grad photo quality i have ever seen
Wall plaque
Photos turned out well, except her tassel was right in front of her face. It's ok, because that's reality and they have to rush, but would be nice if there could be one pause to say move your tassel. I still bought photos though. Thank you!

Pictures were nicely done and the quality of the finished products was great.
When I received my purchase (#VGPhone number removed8) my son pointed out that his graduation cap was on backwards for the photo. This is something the photographer should have noticed and fixed. I would like a refund for order #VGPhone number removed8. - Name removed
I received part of the order. The plaque I received had a different photo from my order. I emailed back and sent my order including a picture of the plaque I received. They apologized and agreed to send me a correct order but still they have not emailed me the confirmation for the approved order.
In additiion, I still have not received the print photo that I ordered and paid and still don’t have an answer about that.
I am very dissapointed
