I have only received half my order.
I ordered a photo with edited and received the photo without any edits done. Been waiting on the corrected photo and refund for almost a week and no follow up with the status.
The photos themselves were find and arrived quickly. The poses weren't all that good. The students didn't have time to set themselves and relax.
Lower prices a tad so this is more affordable for the average person. Make sure student is centered in the photograph. For that amount of money it should be pretty perfect,
Make sure stole is facing the camera and that diploma is right side up. I know there are a lot of students to photograph but still! A friend of my daughter went down the wrong stairs and nobody stopped her! Really??????

Quality was good and pricing reasonable.
I paid extra money for cleaning up the photograph but it looks exactly the same if I didn't. I thought removing hair would be one area you would clean up, but I was wrong. I paid over $100 for something I could have done on my own. I should be refunded for the extra fee for getting rid of imperfections as you did not do the one I thought which was a bit on hair on his forehead. I am disappointed as I thought you would have made the photo look better and not the same.
The photography was not that great considering the cost. My daughter wears glasses and the photo was significantly yellowed around her glasses in the picture.

I paid $19 to remove hair from her face. It was not done. I was told I had to pay even more. I am very disappointed.

Prices seem quite steep. Also disappinted in the backgrounds. A couple were too busy, and the blue? The grads are already in blue! But the cost seemed way too much, otherwise I might have ordered more for family.

The quality of the photos were perfect Mine were delivered with the pics vertical and with one person in the pic should have been horizontal. They had no problem recropping the photo and resending them in perfect condition. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend their services.
The print I ordered was SUPER glossy. I wish I the website had examples of how the prints would look when ordering glossy vs. mate.

The photos are mediocre at best, and they charge extra for basic fixes like glare on glasses—which should be standard. I only placed an order because my daughter begged for a candid shot with her friends. The whole thing feels like a cash grab aimed at parents already stretched thin paying for graduation expenses. Disappointing and frustrating

The quality of images does not meet the high price that has to be paid. As a photographer myself, I am qualified to make this judgment. There was one, decent photo of the bunch, and to order the image, I had to choose two others.
