I thought the site could have been set up better and it was ridiculous to get a package if i had to pay the touch up fees, over and over again.
It would have been nice to have a clear shot of my graduate. There was lots of distractions in the picture and no clear photograph of the graduate.
I waited too long to order online however, ordering over the phone was very easy. I receive exactly what I ordered and the quality was great.

There wasn't really a good photo captured of my daughter receiving her fake diploma. Also, the value is really not there. A lot of $ for one printed photo, but we parents are caught on your hook. The person on the phone was very very nice and helpful!

It wasn't clear when ordering the Complexion Touchup - Smooths skin, brightens eyes and teeth. Removes minor “fly-away” hairs that i would have to pay an extra extra fee to remove the fly away hair that was in front of the face. So I ponied up the extra fee and when I received my "corrected order" the tassel string was STILL in the face. So to remove the fly away tassel string, would that be an extra extra extra fee? As much as we are charged for these priceless moments that only happen once in a lifetime, one would think a thorough job would be done for each order. very poor service in my opinion.
