Easy to order my pictures. Pictures turned out nice. I didn't give it a 9 or 10 because I thought the costs were too high.

Very expensive although good quality. Takes awhile to arrive.

extremely expensive photos, 100 photos of the same thing to sift through. most of the photos of my son had someone in front of him and he wasn't even looking at the camera. I would have still purchased them if they weren't so expensive. I would have loved to get single 4x6 prints even at say $5 each, I would have purchased more just for the keepsake, like group photos, etc.

GRADUATION PICTURES CAME OUT GREAT !!

I just thought the prices were high. However, I am happy that these pics were taken of my graduate.

I never received the photos

The photos were ok. The cost was astronomical for what we got.

My photos were bent. I did order another shot from graduation but didn’t receive that one yet.
The pictures that arrived (the first order ) is clear but arrived bent I don’t think the envelope was strong enough.

I don't care for the backgrounds you offered. I chose the gray, but it looks so drab. Do you have a more colorful option? I have seen photo backdrops that have the multiple subtle colors.

The photo we selected was from a thumbnail. When we received the 8.5 x 11, it is a blurry photo. There was no packing slip or invoice in the envelope with contact information so we could call customer service.

My Granddaughter was very pleased with her Plague. I (Grandmother paid for the two Plaques that we ordered. My opinion is that your Prices were very High (Costly) Sure wish we could of afforded a few Wallet Size for her.

What I liked most about your company was customer service and support. I received my order with a few damaged pictures and called the day I received them. You answered the call, requested a few pictures for proof of damage and had a replacement order in for me immediately. The pictures were excellent and I appreciate how kind and quick everything was. Thank you.

Photos are blurry af! It is absolutely disappointing to see such output after paying this much money.

Half the photos recommended to me weren’t of my husband. None of them were of him actually getting coated.

I ended up buying photos twice because I misplaced the link to download them and could not get a response from you. So I just bought them again. Which sucks - but I did not want to lose teh chance to get the photos.

Product was expensive but looks cheap and is cheap. First order arrived broken. Pathethic flimsy plastic frames. Disgusting rip off. They didn't make my child zip up his robe so he looks sloppy. Very disappointed that the largest school district with the highest budget in the entire state forces us to use this company. Shameful!

Too expensive

Well, I would start off by saying that you could offer more affordable pricing for digital photos over $100 that I had to pay and it’s crazy because if you really look at the photos that you took your advertising the same photo you’re just zooming in on the exact same photo so I don’t like that I think that there should definitely be more affordable options for Family

Engraving is hard to see. Possibly needs to be bolded
