There were only 2 good pictures taken of my son. In addition, your prices are way too high for the lack of quality pictures.
I requested facial touch up & the glasses were not done. You offered to go it for free. I really appreciate you taking care of me.
The next updated photo came back looking great but the name was misspelled. I’m hoping you’re going to get that resolved soon.

I got my prints and the quality is just not as crisp as I was hoping.
I think that Hope should cover the costs of the graduation photos for the families. There was a complimentary family photo which was nice but location for that photo was dull.
The lighting on the graduation photos was not great either

We ordered pearlized finish and received glossy. You can make it right by sending the pearlized finish we originally ordered,
My order was missing. Although when I tracked it, they showed my order was delivered on June 2, I have not received it yet. I am so disappointed.

It is extremely expensive and some of the photos are not great. Especially the ones right after walking
Not many pics of my child. I was led to believe you would be capturing the day with A LOT more pics of the graduates. The picture quality was also terrible. My daughter's pictures were blurry. I bought them so she could have the memory, but I'm definitely not impressed or pleased.
There was a blob on my photos, I would like them replaced. I can show a photo of one of them.
The photos came wet. They were mailed in a PAPER envelope with a piece of cardboard for protection.
The printed photo is much darker than the proof. My daughter's gown blends in with the dark background so the only thing that shows up on the photo is her white face. If she had black skin, it would have been a totally black photo. Because of the underexposure to light, it is a very poor quality photo. I am very disappointed. I had planned to use this photo as a keepsake but due to the poor quality, I will rely on the photos that I took of her which were much better, just not during the ceremony.
The pics were great quality. I only wish there was an option to crop because some of the pics had other people in them also that are just in the background or to the side and they are not people we know.
Prices are exceptionally high for what is offered
My photo that I paid for is blur. They did a retouching on that selected picture but it didnt make anything better. I hate it
Very expensive for 3 digital photos. As an artist myself I would have never charged that much especially with that many students.
Look nice. Very professional.
The colors on the tassel are half orange and half gold. The tassel is gold. The pictures with trees you could tell it was photo shop.
