Too pricey for a digital download. Let me pick the amount I wanted 2 pics but couldn’t get them because options were only 1,3. Again just insanely priced and I’m super sad I couldn’t get more to remember such an important day because of the price.

$75 for one picture is absolutely ridiculous. So over priced that I can’t and won’t buy any other ones but needed at least one for the picture frame. Charging this much for one pic that you download yourself and have to print it out is so outrageous that I will never use you in the future and will tell others about you.
Lower the prices, if you can…. Why is it so expensive. Other than that the photos were nice

Graduation Foto is a complete rip off. The amount of money being charged for pictures is unreal, especially when people spend so much for Senior year as it is.
Lower shipping fees
The price for pictures is WAY too high. Had it not been for special circumstances around the pictures I ordered, I would never have considered ordering them.

Good customer service..
There were a large variety of photos, but I would have loved more candids from before and after the ceremony. I was VERY disappointed that there was a glare off the diploma folder in most of the photos of my graduate. It would seem like more experienced photographers could have avoided this. It ruined the photos.
I was able to find just what I wanted without necessarily going a big package.
The photos were very easy to order and looked very good.
I ordered 2 different 8x10's and the quality of the print is terrible. One photo is so hazy and blurred, I refuse to display it. They did NOT look like that on the website for ordering. I don't know what you can do honestly to make it right beyond a refund.
The photo quality was really nice. The photographer did a good job too.

I would've liked to have seen a picture of our daughter on stage receiving her diploma.
Prices are way too high.
Edit the glare on the diploma. Add a background that is iconic to Capital. The price was ridiculous.
