Great pictures, easy to order, received picture sooner than expected.
We haven't received the plaque we ordered yet; we did receive photos. Also, there was another graduate's photos mixed in with my sons on the page.
That I was able to receive a picture immediately following the graduation

I was very disappointed in the quality of the photos I received, especially for the price.
Price. Absolutely ridiculous. For 6 pictures. That took you 4 seconds to take. Per person. Half the pics taken was a side image of my kid not even looking and you want to charge what you did. For that. I hope school got 60% or more of the money. You scammed parents on.

Website easier to navigate
Jesus christ the email spam is awful. The pricing is terrible, and the photos are not great quality either. There are a lot of photos taken, but almost none of them look good.

The Image wasn't fully clear and the option we were given seemed to be a rush job. Also the pricing for these packages seemed outrageous.

Photos are WAY too expensive
Offer the ability to order photos for a longer period of time. By the time my son sent me the email, I had only that day to decide and now I wish I had ordered one for my office desk and may be ordered a different size.
Lower prices, package prices are outrageous! As much as I loved all the images I could only afford one style print. And even then I spent more than I wanted to. The website is not very user friendly, very hard to navigate when you are looking at multiple images
I thought it was too expensive and when I got them printed the quailty was not great.
Professional pictures
One of my photos was blury and picture color looked dull.
When there are people in the background they should be blurred out to accentuate the main person being photographed.
The actual grad photo was great, but wish there had been an option for 4x6 to match my daughter's from a few years ago. Also the magnets are small and metal, not what we ordered in the past. The image on the magnets not as sharp, either.
It looks like no one cared to tell the kids graduating to smile, fix hair or otherwise. I have seen many kids pictures now and we couldn’t want to buy any. My kids phones took better photos. Sorry. I wish it was otherwise.
Pictures were great
Prices are higher than I expected. The photo of my child holding their diploma was off center for the background of the school name/logo. Not sure if kids were told to smile when they were walking away from getting diploma, but my child is not even looking at the camera.
