Costs are very high for pictures

You mailed out my son's expensive photos to us in Anchorage, Alaska in a very flimsy envelope. The photos were damp.

I do not like that I'm getting text messages to order photos instead of email with a web link. Also, the digital purchase is just outrageously expensive. I purchased a print, but this really soured me on the whole process. I understand you have to make money on the physicality of taking the picture, but the digital purchase should not be more than $50!!! That is simply ridiculous. Wouldn't it be easier for you to not have to mail photographs that run the risk of being destroyed by USPS. So why make digitals so ridiculously priced. I mean $50 is A LOT but I'd still have bought that. You are monopolizing the pictures, so you have to have some manner of reasonableness.

Hi I like how my order came in on time, also was wrapped to protected it from breaking. Also I got emailed when it would be coming in,had a call number if needed anything.

Pictures were great, but the price was astronomically high for digital copies.

I would’ve appreciated a less expensive option, smaller prints like a 4x6. $60 for 3 prints is kind of crazy.

The photos were just ok, positioning of the photo was ok. Seemed to be rushed when taken.
Would have liked to see mor options for backgrounds and possibly to edit out some things other than a blemish, etc.

All photo services are expensive lately, I like the quality of the pictures but always cringe at the total cost, no exception here

Too many emails, mail, and texts about buying photos even after I bought photos.

Cost was very expensive, may be standard, but I should not have to spend that much just to get a few photos of my graduate. Crossing stage and receiving diploma were terrible so I was only able to get cap and gown since I did not want to waste money I don't have on a terrible picture.

I really appreciated the candid photos taken by the roaming photographer, especially ones of full families. That was fantastic! In terms of improvement, the photos of the individual graduates at the graduation ceremony seemed awkward on the green-screen type backgrounds showing other campus sites. Having a professional photograph of each graduate at the ceremony is fantastic for families, and I'd continue that--but I'd suggest just keeping whatever background was truly behind them in the moment.

Thanks again for offering this service. We gained a family photo at the graduation site that we otherwise would not have been able to have.

Bad quality and extremely expensive! Sorry we could get it anywhere else better quality and price. Very disappointed

I loved the collage I ordered, and that it was sent to me already framed. That said, my sister ordered one of the same photos, and all the blemishes, lighting issues were obvious. The photo had obviously not been edited at all. Some areas were much brighter than others; my daughter's hand, holding her diploma, was two different shades, etc.

Upon further examination of my photo in the collage, it is the same poor quality print; just not as obvious since the photo is smaller.

You should be refunding my sister's purchase. It is truly awful.
The only reason I gave you a 6 instead of a 0 is because I was happy enough with the collage.

Half the photos were super casual, like just anybody could have taken. One was out of focus. All were extremely expensive. For the money, I would have expected cleaner shots.

Most of the images of the student were where the student was cut off, and someone else was more visible.
