The photo was shipped in a regular envelope. When I got it the envelope it was ripped. Thank goodness the photo wasn't damaged.
It really should of been shipped in a padded envelope.
It’s too Expensive. The photos taken all over on the day of graduation provided a wonderful variety to pick from. But they were just too expensive. I think people would actually buy a ton more if your price point was lower.
Great pictures! However, very expensive.
My daughter wasn't looking at the camera at all other than the pose shot. It would have been nice to have her face seen.
Prices are crazy high
The service was great but I feel that a different location for the photo should have been considered. The sun was shining in the eyes so the students had to squint or not have as natural a smile.
The graduation photo that I paid for quality was extremely poor due to overexposure streaks on the pictures. I am really surprised by this company for sending pictures out this way.

The pictures were blurry and really out of focus of my son. And not to mention, the prices were ridiculously high for such low quality pictures.
Not enough picture options. My pictures arrived bent from the corner top which is very disappointing for the amount of money I paid.

The whole cover of her diploma was a complete glare. She has 3 older brothers and allow their backgrounds were the exact same, where hers is slightly different.
Digital photos are ridiculously expensive!
Prices are just too high. Would also be nice to be able to buy 3 or 4 different 5x7s and get a small "buy more" discount.
The magnets were very dark compared to the rest of the pictures and the prices were steep! We paid over $60 for one 8×10 and 4 magnets and I know it's not your fault but the venue also wasn't the best either... at a baseball field where there's a net in front of you and all the pictures/videos we take were plagued by a checkerboard which makes us forced to buy from you if we want any hint of a decent picture of our son graduating.
There were two pictures in my son’s package that were taken so that they would require retouching. When I asked about it, I was told I would have to pay an excessive retouching fee and although not an huge amount I don’t feel like we should have had to pay it as it was how he was photographed. One, with the principal, the screen didn’t hide all of the background and two, a hand, not my child’s, was prominently displayed.
My biggest disappointment was the price. And with the schools policy on photography during the ceremony, which was understandable. It felt like the pictures were being held for ransom.
At $100 for three untouched digital images is an outlandish price. And with a graduating class size of 450, you stand to make $45,000 on just that event, if most relatives only go for the least expensive option.
Prices are way too high. I bought because these kids deserve to have their special moment captured but the prices are taking advantage of that exact situation. I feel bad for the kids that’s couldn’t afford them. I paid for another students pic on my pack just because of this. I think you’d actually make more money lowering the prices for all kids to be able to afford the pictures of their special day. You might get everyone to purchase if affordable.
Quality of photos are poor
The photo was not well done. One of the worst quality professional pictures I have seen. Lightning was not good. You can refund me the money I paid.
