Good facial recognition and good pictures!
Too expensive
I received the picture in the mail there was absolutely no touch up we changed the background and we want to get rid of the Shadows we paid for it and you did nothing to it
Package them better. My envelope had a hole in the side and my daughters photo had minor damage. But when you are paying the kind of money you want for the picture you expect them to be perfect . Maybe put them between two pieces of cardboard or in better envelopes.
In one of the photos a purchased they focused on on the background and not on my son. Therefore I have 2 photos that are worthless and I spent over $200.00 on a very small package. I even paid the extra $25 or $30 per photo for them to fix all photos. The rest turned out great but I have two pictures of the same pose that are of no value to me.
Prices are very high, higher than companies other schools use. Also photos are all action, movement shots no pre-ceremony photos
I love the picture of my granddaughter. The quality of color is outstanding. Thank you for a beautiful photo.
Very clear and crisp
Lighting was not great. Blurring the people in the back should be included.
The photos are well taken but the one with the flags in the background is very busy, and I wish the single head-on shot had been with a neutral background. As it is, I will take the photo to someone who can take out the background and remove the shine from my daughter's face before it's acceptable for a frame in my home. The candid shots are really nice though and overall these are great mementos of an important day.
Our school has used the same company for 2 of my seniors. Both times we were disappointed. The first one was because of price. They were good photos, but not affordable. The most recent senior you did was very disappointing. The photos were awful and over priced. I ordered what looked decent and that I could crop and use. 90% of all the upclose photos were never of his face. The photo was focused on another kid with my son in the background or faced away.
Graduation pictures were clear and my daughter looked like herself. Very good, nice pictures.
I loved the actual photo of my son. However, the hallway photos I wish we were able to edit to blur the people in the background that were not in our family. I was willing to do all my own editing, however, this particular option was not available. Over all I am happy with the photos I would not otherwise have, so thank you.

The was only 1 photo of the ones taken that was in focus. Most of the pictures did not show his face at all.

The photo is right at the top of the cap and barely fits the words at the bottom of the photo. I had to print it twice and will need some sort of floating frame because any sort of frame will cover the words at the bottom and the cap.
Don't charge so much for your photos. I have a friend that her son attends a different school and they were able to get there grad photos for free.
Great live shots from the graduation that we are unable to take. Good quality and quick service
The website was glitchy, confusing and the photos were so pricy. I wish if you bought a printed copy that it included a digital download because then you have to pay for the exact same edits twice.
Make your website better for access on phones. Difficult to select photos.

The pictures so way too expensive for what they are. We already pay enough money to go to school and then to pay that kind of money for a photo is crazy.
