I thought the photos were good.
I feel like the packages were a little pricey.
Well I am not sure if there is anything really you could have done. The photos taken are what you have to deal with. The photos were not the best quality.
So expensive. Too expensive. Crazy expensive. Did I still make a purchase? Yes, I had to. No other choice. Wish they'd let us take our own pics.

Check your orders a little more carefully. I ordered a picture with the sepia, but got a regular color photo. The quality is really good, but the order was incorrect. Other than that, I am very satisfied.
Cost of digital prints is a lot for a family these days. I could see if I had you for my own personal pictures to be taken paying a lot. But this was a group event. I feel like more families would purchase pictures if the cost was less.
I am disappointed in the professionalism of one of the photographers, I saw them joking around and taking photos with specific students. I feel this limited the quality shots for all students. Especially during the ceremony. Nothing will improve the experience as this is a once in a lifetime event.

The photo I purshased was off center and price.
Costs are very high for pictures
You mailed out my son's expensive photos to us in Anchorage, Alaska in a very flimsy envelope. The photos were damp.

I do not like that I'm getting text messages to order photos instead of email with a web link. Also, the digital purchase is just outrageously expensive. I purchased a print, but this really soured me on the whole process. I understand you have to make money on the physicality of taking the picture, but the digital purchase should not be more than $50!!! That is simply ridiculous. Wouldn't it be easier for you to not have to mail photographs that run the risk of being destroyed by USPS. So why make digitals so ridiculously priced. I mean $50 is A LOT but I'd still have bought that. You are monopolizing the pictures, so you have to have some manner of reasonableness.

Hi I like how my order came in on time, also was wrapped to protected it from breaking. Also I got emailed when it would be coming in,had a call number if needed anything.
Pictures were great, but the price was astronomically high for digital copies.
