The photos of my daughter turned out great! It was so nice to have someone "right there" to capture such a huge moment in her life.
Send me what I ordered
The picture was very nice and delivery was fairly quick.
When my son logged in to find his photos, there were none. His name did not even appear. I am very grateful for the employee who was willing to search through 10,000 photos to find pictures of him after I emailed and sent a picture of my son. The quality of two of the pictures is good, but the one of him actually shaking hands with President Ono is not high quality and is mostly of the student who was before him. I wish there were more of him taken directly instead of incidentally, especially since there was no way to take good photos from such a distance in Crisler Arena.

You took advantage of parents and charged an inflated price to purchase photos knowing a lot of the parents would not be able to get close enough to take photos. It’s a once in a lifetime event and the way commencements layout was, made it almost impossible to get a close photos and I only purchase 3 of the 6 that were available b/c anymore than $100 for some downloads is robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of parents/family members of graduates.

You took excellent photos and were very quick to send them. You were also good about reminders to buy them.

Your photos are way too expensive. Be so for real. $59.95 for ONE singular DIGITAL photo. There’s usually like 200+ kids in a graduating class, the time for this one was a 3 hour ceremony, $59.95x$200 is a LOT of money alone for 3 hours. With that being the cheapest amount, theres no way y’all aren’t making a giant profit off it.
These kids just graduated high school, half already and adult and expected to already pay for their own things, don’t rob these kids for some pictures from a day thats important to them.
Great photos, but very expensive, felt like i had to limit the ones i purchased after the hundreds of other things needed to be bought and done for senior year, wanted all the shots but just wasnt in the budget. Love the candid shots you do now!
My frame was broken upon arrival. I would like to return it.

My son’s picture did not have any background options with it at all. There was no way that I could see that I could request a background change. So the picture I have of my son has some kid in the background. Everyone else that I know got options for different backgrounds.
