Where is my photo?
Ridiculously expensive
The prices were ridiculous!!
Had issue with glasses glare removal in the first edit and they fixed it for me in a timely manner.
Love the magnets and the frame for holding the picture and tassel.
My daughter's official photo by the flag has her eyes closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED this wasn't caught & taken again. would have been nice to have her shaking superintendent's hand or school board president. Not sure which person is shaking her hand it the only photo of her on stage.
We desired to put a 6X10 photo in a matted 11X17 frame. Having the portrait framed made the mounting process far more difficult. The narrow edges of the printed frame made the mounting challenging. Desire for the option of a clean portrait, without any printed framwork.

I appreciated the ability to crop photos, especially when ordering different sizes of the same picture.
Way too many communications. It was/is like spam.
The picture selection!! Come on - all you did was take a picture and crop it - I could have done that!! Why add that as an option!? How silly!
Why "threaten" us with deadlines and then keep spamming us after that date has passed?
And the prices are really high - and that is because you know that if we want it - we have to pay for it - but in these times - really?

There's a big shadow behind my son. The photo recognition is cool though. Backdrop was not the best.
You did not caption a good picture of him receiving his diploma. I feel like he could have been posed better with a better background. I also feel like u should have an option to order different pics on 1 sheet. Example: on a 5x7, 2 different pictures instead of the same. I think u should be able to customize certain backgrounds as well.
Some of the pictures were not purchased because there were other random people.
Make the cost more affordable. I wanted to buy multiple pictures, but only could afford one.
