Our son's photo was great considering how little time you had for each student! I also appreciated the options when choosing the final product.

The Keychain is junk. The picture sticker will not last more then 1/2 a year and the photo piece is just too small. Can't even visualize the photo. I wish I could get my money back on those.
The photo is great in the frame but the name plate could be enhanced

THE DAY OF HER GRADUATION - THE ONLY PICTURES I WILL GET OF HER ACCEPTING HER DIPLOMA WAS PROVIDED BY YOU GUYS AND THE PHOTOGRAPHER DIDNT EVEN GIVE HER A SECOND TO FINISH ADJUSTING HER HAIR & HAT AS SHE WAS HAVING A WARDROBE MALFUNCTION WITH HER HAT. ORDER THE PIC BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY PIC I WILL GET. JUST SAD.
Lots of great shots. I appreciate that there were shots of my graduate in the audience or walking, in addition to the traditional receiving the diploma and after-stage shots.
Never received pictures after several weeks.
It was too expensive for what I got. My iPhone photo was better and printing at walgreen made it more affordable.

I should not be pressured to order now for the best prices….best Brice’s are ending soon, final days to order to receive the best prices, final days to order pictures so I place my order and then receive a code for 20% off for rhe 4th of July. And continue to receive texts this morning about ordering as if there is no expiration date.
To make this right, you can adjust my charges by honoring the sale price and refunding the 20%.
Received photos when expected but unfortunately there is a problem with the coloring of my daughter’s tassel in two of the photos. There is a large gray streak going through her brown tassel on her cap. Would like to see if they could be re-printed. Thank you.
Very expensive
The pictures were very nice, the price point was good and I receive the pictures I ordered quickly.
The picture that we were shown online is different than the one that I received that I ordered. The picture I received she was lower in the picture and then her diploma was cut in half. It did not look like that in the photos for example pictures. We were kind of disappointed that it didn’t look like what we ordered.

My son's 5x7 photos have a random mascot on them (a knight?). It isn't either the old school mascot or the new school mascot. I would like to send back the 5x7 photos I received and either get them exactly as they are (cropping retained as originally selected) with no mascot printed on the photos at all or get them with the correct mascot printed on them. I'm not sure why a random mascot would be placed on the photos, but I'm not happy with it being there. My e-mail address is Email address removed & my phone number is Phone number removed. Please let me know how to get this corrected. Thank you.
