The photo was horrible. Very poor quality.
Let us know that you won't include all the pics that were taken. We got ours taken and it didn't show up in the proofs - we were bummed. Probably wasn't a good pic I guess!
One of my photos (purchased two different kids) was blurry.
The first time I tried to put in an order online, I did not receive any type of confirmation, not even an hour later. I called by phone and the employee looked up what would have been my information and could not locate an order for me. She told me to replace my order; which I did. I was surprised to receive two orders via the mail and two charges on my charge card. I called and spoke to an employee who told me I could ship back the extra order and I would receive a credit on my charge card. Things did proceed from there without any problems. The order that I sent back was not of very good quality, lacking in sharpness, it looked a touch fuzzy. There was no place online giving directions on how to return an order that was unsatisfactory. It was time consuming in locating a phone number to talk to someone.
Beautiful pictures, timely arrival
Take a picture of every graduate receiving their diploma. I heard some graduates were given that as an option but we were not.

The customer service was not the best and I kept missing specials because my retouching wasn’t ready and I asked for the special price because I would have bought during the promotional period if the retouching was ready and all the response I got was that it wasn’t that much of a discount anyway.

I have received just one item out of all my orders in the same purchase. It has been another week since the first picture came, but nothing came afterward. Could you please help me to get what I have ordered?

Prices and package selections didn't fit my needs. I would have liked to have selected 2 poses and choose 5x7s and some wallets.
I like that there are great close-up photos of my daughter that I didn't have to worry about getting with my limited photography skills.
My order came and it was below my expectation. I was not happy with it and didn't like it. My picture was not brightened as I was told when I called before placing an order for it. Paying such amount of money for it, I was expecting a better job.
The subject is noticeably off center. We did the best with what we had to work with when editing but couldn’t center the picture. Also, the subject is obviously in motion. Ask the person to stop moving so you can focus on them when taking the picture.
Great pictures but prices are way too high!
I ordered a wood plaque for my son's GVSU graduation. I called a couple of times as the tool WAS NOT working to crop the photo. I was frustrated that noone got back to me. I was told that the company was working on it.
I received the plaque and the photo does not look good. There is too much dead space above my son's head. The photo wasn't composed very well from the get go. It is frustrating that the tools weren't in place on my end to fix it. What is MORE frustrating is that your company looks at this piece and does not care enough to crop it.
This piece was expensive and I wish I did not order it as it looks AMATEURISH..
The prices you charge are outrageous. I already paid thousands of dollars to go to this school and you want me to pay $50 for a digital photo of me shaking the presidents hand when I should be able to get it for way less than that. That should not be something I have to pay that amount for graduating college. I’m sure my university paid your company very well to take the photos so I don’t think that is something your company would be worried about. I bought both the pictures I wanted in 5x7 because it was WAY more affordable. However, I could buy them anywhere else for probably a couple dollars. I will not be buying pictures from your company in the future and would definitely not recommend it to other people.
The background was almost black which is not how it looked on the order Forms. The pictures were very dark

Easy to order & came quickly
Your site is not easy to tell if a picture is the same picture just a close up, so wasted a lot of time trying to order touch ups on pictures that were the same. Also I paid for stray hair removal in pictures and they were not fixed. If it was something u couldn’t fix then I should have been reimbursed the extra $10. I was also sent pictures that were not my son. The Card board sent with the pictures in the mail was very flimsy and allowed mail people to bend the photos.
Take more than one image. It was the same photo on different backgrounds. That is why I didn't purchase more products. I also thought we were getting a photo of the student receiving their diploma.
You guys charge absolutely criminal prices for digital downloads of unedited images. I am extremely pro-paying photographers for their work, but this is 100% taking advantage of students who just want one photo of themselves receiving their diploma.
You didn't really disappoint me per se. The shipping was very quick and the ordering process was easy too. I just thought "it's a photo" and not really beyond ordinary.
The only thing that I was disappointed in was to do with taking of the picture itself. The photographer set up in such a fashion so there was a dark background and my daughter and fellow graduates had black mortarboards or graduate hats on. Therefore from her dark hair, the black graduate hat, and the dark background, you really can't see the separation of these things in the picture. A professional photographer should know and see that. And then adjust as needed.

Pictures are very nice just pricey
Good quality photos. My only disappointment was we had 2 photographers take pics. The list that initially came out didn't include some pics so I sent an email asking about them. I heard nothing back. I waited for a week. Nothing. I finally ordered one picture and literally the next day the group pic I was looking for became available. I wasn't going to pay another $5 in shipping so I skipped the pic. A response would have been nice or an email saying more pictures were coming later.
Over 1/2 of the pics my child was not ready & therefore I could not purchase. If you are looking to maximize and make a profit.... redefine this process to ensure the pics taken are quality and capturing the graduate. Random pics have NO value to the end user looking to purchase and end result is a loss in profit.
