Products were good but I didn't like that some of my daughters graduation photos that were randomly taken at the ceremony were missing, especially with the group photo that included me. That was very disappointing. You need to hand out cards or something and not just "face recognition" since that was not fully effective. The magnets washed out the white too much in the photos as well.
Other than that, I loved my photos, even with my daughter blinking during her handshake :)
Liked that I had the opportunity to buy photos and that the process was relatively easy
Photo quality was excellent!
I was disappointed that there were no pictures of my daughter receiving her diploma from Dr. White. In the past, this was part of the package. I was also disappointed that one of the backgrounds for the pic with the diploma was not the school seal, like with my other kids that graduated from Cedarville this was an option.
The photos were very shiny.....unlike the ones I took with my phone.
I ordered two 5x7's and two magnets yet I only received the two 5x7's in the first shipment with no mention of the magnets. I tried to contact you unsuccessfully. The two magnets finally arrived approx. 10 days later. It would have been helpful if you had placed a note in the original package or sent an email stating the order would be in two shipments.

your website is awful to try to navigate to see pics and other options. You corrected mistakes to the graduation announcements I ordered, but I was still not particularly impressed for the price.
The quality of the 8x10 that came in the package that I ordered is blurry and I am not impressed with the quality of it for how much I paid, or the fact it's the only picture I have of my daughter receiving her diploma. I would either ask for a better quality of the same size and photo, or somewhat of a refund if the other option is not available. Please let me know. Thank you.
Pictures were good and I was able to crop them
I received the prints for my two sons college graduation. When I received the magnet for one son it was of a different person. I called and was told that a new one was in the way. I have not received it. I never received a magnet for my other son. When I emailed about that I was told that it would arrive 7-10 days after the prints. I received the prints around 5/23. I will be calling again next Monday to see what is going on.

My photos came quick, and perfect! I’m so happy that someone was just snapping pictures the whole time. They captured great moments!!!
You sent the photo I purchased for download and paid for it to be touched up, without touching it up. I know this because it was sent immediately after I bought it and it said I would get it in 1 to 3 days after I ordered it because it had to go through the touch up process. And , it doesn’t look touched up.
Please touch it up and resend it to me.

I had several pictures with my eyes closed so I didn't have enough to really decide which ones I wanted.

I still have not received my order. The first came back in 10 min. I had paid for retouch and it was not done. I emailed your customer service and didn't get a response after a week, so I called MSU and they said that you were a reputable company. MSU recommended that I call the 800 number which I did. I talked to Tisha on May 30 and she said that the retouch would not remove the facial blemishes and that I needed to pay $25. So, she subtracted the $11 that I already paid on Mayt 19 and Tisha ran the extra $14 through my credit card. Tisha said that you were very backed up and it would take a week..........................still no photos. Sad!
I paid extra to have the “loose, fly away’ hair removed from my daughters photos and it was not done. I would really like for the hair that is showing on her chest to be removed. It’s all I focus on.
I should have had the correction added for the picture school Dean's teeth were too prominent in the photo 8x10 size , our graduate photos are perfect with Daughter standing alone in 8x10 sized prints
