Great pictures and fast service!
I placed an order and it arrived incomplete the package I paid fir contain pictures if him walk-ing etc. I only received an individual phitograph
I didn't purchase an electronic photo because they were too expensive...although I would have liked one.
Speedy with great quality
The photos were nice, but I imagine most people can't afford them at these prices.
The picture was really good. My only complaint was that my son did not know how to wear his cap and no one told him. He pulled all his hair up under his cap. He looked kind of ridiculous but I guess you could have thought he wanted it that way. It just was not a good look.
I paid for the retouching and the picture I received still had three flaws. (stray hair, etc). I called about the return policy and the CUSTOMER SERVICE representative told me, "There is nothing I can do. It is what it is." He also advised that the price now had increased for the pictures. Even though I ordered mine during the first week and only had to return them due to poor quality - I still could not re-order at the lowest price!
I was at least hoping to get to re-order at the original price without the extra cost of retouching - since there did not appear to have been any retouching on my order.
I ordered the pics of my daughter and in the proofs I could not see a strand of hair across her cheek but in the pictures I received you can see the strand of hair - she has dark hair so it looks like an ink mark.
The process fir ordering graduation photos was very easy and delivery was short.
being contacted so many times is absolutely ridiculous. I got probably 20 emails, texts, and a letter in the mail. and $50 for a digital download? no thanks. I carry around a nice and expensive camera at all times because I am person with a cell phone, I could see this being a good business model in the 80s

I purchased two images of my son. 1 receiving his degree. The 2nd of him being his fun self.

On your site it is small and covered with your moving logo. Making it difficult to see if it's blurry or not. So I trust the company to put QUALITY photos up. Upon receiving our images, one was of quality. The other blurry, too blurry for my liking.
So I recommend NOT posting anything of mid quality for I paid $10 for a blurry image.

Ordering was quick and easy. Photos were shipped out almost immediately and arrived in perfect condition
Photos that I ordered looked very washed out as compared to what was online (I did not do touchup or anything)
You guys are too expensive. I couldn't even order what I wanted because of the prices

The prices are too high. I had to pay ten dollars for one picture. The idea of taking pictures of friends groups is wonderful, but I won't pay ten dollars for a picture of me and my friends.
