I paid 25.00 for photo retouching. My son still has eyeglass glare, especially in his pupils. It looks like nothing was done from the original proof. Could you try again to reduce or get rid of the glare and send me the new picture at no additional charge.
The photos were blurry and not centered. They were taken from too far away. And, the cost for pictures was too much for the quality, but because we sat so far away, we had to settle for these.
The photo is fine but I do not like the ambulance in the background. It totally takes away from the picture

Digital copies too expensive
There was a person in the far/ distant background of my graduation photo. It would've been nice if they would've edited/ cropped her out of the photo. I did contact this company and the associate said that it would be $25 just to have the person edited out of the background of my photo.
Was charged for shipping and handling for a digital download. Who does that?

The shadows on the photos are just terrible. The printed product is good quality; it’s just the photography was bad.

The background appears to be black when pictures are sent however, it is not so so I can see a shadow of a face in the background as well as dots above my sons head that weren’t very visible in the proofs, as well as it recommended the personalization for the photos which makes it shiny

Easy just a bit expensive
Way too expensive, especially for the digital photos. Like wow! And why would I want 3 digital copies of the same photo?
The quality was not great and I wanted a smaller size. I also only wanted one copy.
The website looks fake after you order and so does the receipt. I though the order would take 1-2 weeks, but when I called and asked about it she state it was over four weeks with a bad attitude. Im still waiting, but it's only been 2 and half weeks. She didn't even ask if I had anything else and was short about the phone call. I felt as if I bothering her.
The pictures were of very poor quality. I was very disappointed.
I am getting a refund besides the digital download price of $30, which I think is unfair since the quality is so bad, and I have no choice about that.
The pictures turned out very nice!
The prints I received are lovely; however the quality of the magnets and plaque I ordered are awful and do not match the proofs or prints at all. They are quite overexposed and the magnets have a strange green tint. I contacted customer service and was simply told I could "return for a refund" but that I'd have to pay my own shipping of this heavy plaque. I don't have much money and really splurged to get some nice graduation photos, so this is just crushing and unfair. If a company botches a product, they should pay the consequences (i.e, a replacement that actually looks good and matches the proofs and prints, OR pay for return shipping) and not completely hose over the customer.
I'm still waiting for my one photo to have the red eyes removed and mailed to me, as it was not fixed the first time when I paid $9.99 for touch ups. The prints are too expensive and the bundles should include the ability to specify multiple photos in the 5x7 set.
Your prices are too high! They are not realistic!
