Half photos and incomplete full image that looks unprofessional. Graduation certificate was cut off. I regretted paying for that photos. Anyways, it is already in the trash where it belongs to. You guys can do better, even the ones I took with my phone came out perfectly well than those things you guys sent to me. Also, I paid for the priority delivery and it was sent on standard USPS delivery. I cannot recommend your services to any student because the money doesn't worth it.
I understand your time is limited to take the picture, however, getting the same image on everything with a different background it’s not exciting.
Here's what we didn't like... Our daughter had her picture taken, an there was a WHITE label with her name on it on the top right corner of her diploma. I realize the school used this to keep the diplomas straight and distributed to the right person, but if *I* owned a photo studio like this I'd keep a keen eye out for things like that, and my employees would be photoshopping those labels right off the diploma...
Photos were a little washed out. And not a big fan of strange flag and jumping deer background. But, bought photos anyway and will cherish for the memory and accomplishment.

I am not happy with the photo I received. Had I known there was going to be three heads in the background by my kids shoulders, I wouldn’t have purchased this photo. I thought it was a solid black background. Also, when I got it in the mail, it was in a thin paper envelope that said do not bend. It had been bent up, increased, not something I would expect for a $28 8 x 10 photo. I am extremely disappointed.
Low quality for the price !
The photographs were ok, but really expensive. I bought one photo for $60.
If they had been cheaper I would have bought all the photos for $100. But they were not worth more than that.
It’s to expensive and not able to have the options I wanted.
The photographer rushed and none of the pictures were what we would've bought in any other circumstance. The prices were high and the shipping said UPS (which is trackable) but it was actually shipped USPS with no tracking (photos left out in 90 degree weather too long would've ruined them).
Out of 100+ graduates pictures my picture was the only one with "low-quality

We ordered two photos - both are dark and not very clear. Disappointed.
My daughters cords were not straight on her gown. The end tassels were by her neck. Definitely not a good photo. Understandable that it could not be corrected for stage picture, but the one off the stage I feel should have been caught and corrected. I requested a discount on the photos I ordered to compensate for the poor quality and was told the price would only increase.
Reasonable prices and lots of options including the title written on the photo with the option to personalize it.

I paid extra to have tassel removed -- since it had swung in front of my son's face. I didn't realize that they would just "cut it out" -- so now there is a big "gap" in his hair where the tassel was removed. Several of the images in his "folder" in the audience are also of another person, not him.
The pictures were so centered & lighting was great! Captured the moment perfectly!

The photo's have the University emblem smeared out of them on the diploma. I reached out. Hear that the graphic artists would look at this and haven't heard anything since.
It gave me an up close picture that I was unable to get myself.
The cost for the digital download of a single photo is outrageous. In the age of digital photography there needs to be a reasonable photo/price for download where you can get more bang for your buck.
Great photos, reasonably priced with fast delivery. Would definitely recommend it.

First set of prints came with school name and we did not order that way. I reached out and a second set was sent however they were bent coming through the mail.
