The photo is nice but the fact there isn’t a background curtain takes away from the graduate. I definitely will not order more photos for that reason. I will have my own taken

I sent an email about how terrible the photograph was. I requested a refund. You did not respond to my email. I spent about 47 dollars for one 8x10 photo and it was blurry and he had hair in his face after I paid for touch ups. Will you be responding?

The ease of ordering the pictures
Both sets of the photos are flawed! Shoddy workmanship! You should be ashamed to produce and send these to a customer! I like them to be reproduced/reprinted to look like the proofs!
Pic were fuzzy
The enhancement on one of the photos makes my daughter look somewhat washed out. I’d like to get the same one printed again without the enhancement.

The photo that I ordered was too dark. I wasn't able to clearly make out my daughter's face. It was not a high quality product.

My daughter's picture has a white mark on her face.it looks terrible. I payed extra for a touch up and it looks way worst.I emailed as soon as I received it but have heard nothing .Very disappointed.
The quality of the photo is terrible. My daughter's hair looks red. She is blonde and the proof that we approved for the order had her hair color and complexion as it should be. I would like a new photo at no cost to me with her hair the correct color.
The photo uses a dark background and robes are dark, so hard to see the difference. Our son's not well centered in the photo. It does not look like a professional photo at all. We bought an 8x10 to put in a frame in our family room and it is such poor quality that we're going to use a photo we took of him instead. Very disappointing and the photos are VERY expensive.
High quality photos
Simply too expensive.
Pictures were fine. Cost was an absolute disappointment. I feel so sorry for graduates who would want photos of their special day but have no way of affording them. At bare minimum, there should be one option, either a digital download or small number of prints, that is under $25 so pictures could be accessible for all. Do better.

The cost of the photos is absolutely outrageous.
Well, I asked for the $15 touch-ups and when I received the pictures the touch up was not done. I sent an email to “help desk” and have yet to hear from them.
Pictures are good, but no phone number and not respondent to email.
1 - "Proof Only" and moving "Copyright" was so prominent on the proof shots, it was difficult to see the photos clearly.
2 - Most of the shots were similar to (and no better than) those I took with my own camera.
3 - The blue tones (which, as the school color, dominate most of the shots) have a lot of pink added to them, particularly the formal pose, lending an almost purple effect to the pics. It doesn't match the actual color of the blue gown. Perhaps you were trying to give my daughter's skin more color, but she is naturally pale.
4 - Her blue cap and gown basically blend into the flag backdrop of the formal pose (US flag, MI flag, blue draping behind). Sorry if this was out of your control.
5 - Single photo purchases did not include digital downloads, and package deals did not include digital downloads of all poses included in the package. I was able to get several poses in the package (which is nice) but only one digital download in the smallest package.
