Candid shots that we might have missed.
Easy to find my graduate's photo. Fun to see a close up of what was on stage. I realize now I should have taken advantage of the photoshop option to remove the tassel - but I'm still very happy with the images.
Very nice
My daughter's face on the 8×10 looked terrible. There was so much glare, it is unusable. The colors are distorted. The 5×7's are good. These pictures are very expensive and I was expecting better quality. I've bought several other photos from other Universities/Colleges and these were the worst.
The photos we taken so close to the graduate and on an upward angle- it just didn’t look right - also the whole picture was mostly blue - the background and her gown blended together - my graduates face looked washed out - thinking the flash was to bright
Way overpriced
One picture was fantastic as he crossed the stage. The second photo was out of focus and simply awful and ruined what was a special moment. I was told a professional photographer would be there - unfortunately the professional made an error. That can happen and is a huge bummer. BUT what is worse is your company charged me for the photo - had the gull to mail it as a professional product. Where was the Quality Control. When I sent evidence of the awful quality, you refunded the cost of the product - BUT not shipping. You choose to ship an awful photo. Why should I pay for that?
Please mention that you are not going to gives tassel in the framing option

Didnt like backgrounds
My daughters photos were blurry. I don’t think you can fix it as the moment has past. They were supposed to work on them but I haven’t he’ heard anything

Good quality & fast service
I ordered a framed picture for my daughter and received it with a cracked corner (chipped). I contacted the company and they sent me a second one. It has another chip in the corner just like the first one.
I would either like one that is not damaged or I would like my money back.

It’s been 10 business days and I still haven’t gotten them. I ordered my own graduation photos from a different company and they shipped and arrived in three days.
