Amazing! I received emails everyday reminding me about ordering graduation photos and it helps a lot.. I love my frame and photos that I ordered!
We have not seen our photos we ordered yet. It has been almost a month.
I ordered a digital package along with 1 print. I have received the 1 print and not received anything regarding the digital prints. I paid almost $300.00 and have not receive the pictures of my daughters graduation.
I would like to receive the digital prints of my daughters college graduation. If they can not be sent digitally then I would like to have them all printed off and sent to me so I may make copies myself and send them to family members.

My photos came and were not bright and clear like to proof in the email. His face is washed out. The whole picture actually is. In the proof the flag was bright, his eyes and teeth were bright. You could clearly see him. I opened them when they came and was bummed. They're still in the envelope. I was going to swap it out of his HS grad pic, but it just not good. Too dark...
Captured Great shots that we weren't able to get
quality was good - I purchased a link to my pictures but never received it.
I still havent got my entire order, the only thing that i got awhile back was 2 5x7s but the graduate gift set has not arrived and on the phone they say it could take 4-6 weeks and on the email it says i should get them about 7 days after my pictures arrive. So for the price this all cost i would believe someone would get the story straight because im frustrated and feel a bit ripped off.
Although my daughter received a link regarding her photos from graduation I was able to find where I needed to go to order. Receiving the photo was quick. They did a great job with taking photos.
Photo is very dark. Should have tested lighting and made adjustments.
Prices are too high to consider ordering many photos.

The photographer didn't look at what was in the background when taking some of the candid shots. My daughter's face was extremely shiny in the pictures and she doesn't really have a problem with that in pictures.

That you were able to capture photos that I was not able to capture from where I was sitting. All of the graduation pictures were great quality and the process for buying them was very clearly outlined and smooth. Thank you!
When I ordered the plaque, I didn’t tell me that I had a cap of 27 letters, so when I had put in associate degree in business the spelling of business was only with one S on the end so I received a plaque that I presented to my daughter as a surprise, and I was so excited to gift that to her and the first thing she noticed was the misspelling I call to get the correction made and I’m told I have to replace the plaque on my own and that it’s an easy fix and that basically they’ll send directions and how I can just take care of it when they re-issue the correct plaque
In addition, I didn’t receive the digital download so I had to call and inquire on it and the person that I spoke with was kind of short and rude about the whole issue and didn’t even tell me goodbye. She just hung up at the end of the call, so no, I doubt that I would never recommend purchasing anything from you folks again, considering the unprofessionalism and lack of completeness.
I was told that sometimes the digital photo shows up in the spam email folder, which makes no sense when this whole entire time I’ve been getting the feedback email which I’m responding to and my receipt in my regular mail. I don’t appreciate this, especially with how much money I spent on Photos.

Maybe it was my fault but I didn't get the photos that I wanted. The watermarks on the proofs were VERY difficult to see through and I couldn't afford to buy a package. The 5 × 7 was the wrong pose and the magnet picture was very blurry. I ordered another magnet but I really wanted it in horizontal and I couldn't find that choice.
