1. A set of pictures were added on facebook bt I did not get mines (pictures with the diploma). 2. Another photograph took some pictures of me outside, no sign of those either. 3. I ordered an animation and was not satisfied... asked for a redo twice, still waiting.
Photos had a lot of flashback and when my
photo came in the mail it was so much lighter than how it looked online. My face went from tan to ghost.

very rude and ghetto language on the phone when i asked a very simple question
It was disappointing to see that our student's hair was unkempt and he didn't have a very natural smile for the photos. I know that for a lot of the students fixing these issues is rather automatic, but not for all. Even if all the photographer could do is offer the student a mirror for an opportunity to check hair, etc., and perhaps work with them a bit on getting a natural smile when it is a more timid student, that would be great.
The cost for touch ups was exorbitant.
I thought the quality of the photos would have been better. The backgrounds looked photoshopped
They were great, I had issues with the post office delivering my photos in the rain and ruining my photos. They did a great job and replaced them for me in such a short period of time. They saved the day, restored my confidence!

I was disappointed with the angles, lighting, and editing for the photos. I ordered photos anyway because I wanted the memory, but the photo I ordered, the highlight are overblown.
Photo quality was awful (which I understand was also due to the photography), overpriced and gave no tracking/understanding that it was on its way.

My daughter is biracial and has a darker skin tone. In one of the pictures the lighting isn't good enough. When photographing people of color, the lighting needs to be adjusted.
My original order was placed on 5/15/23. I received email confirmation but my address was not on this confirmation. When I did not receive in 10-15 business days I contacted customer service email on 6/07/23 to find order was shipped to a completely different address than mine. Customer service email from 6/08/23 stated would be taken care of and order shipped to correct address. Received email confirmation 6/14/23 for corrected order and my address is still incorrect.
Even though we had great seats these professional photos captured the close ups and details!
