Nice work, but the price was too high.
I received the pearlized finish and felt that it was blurry. Not as clear as I would have expected for such a memorable occasion.
The photos are wonderful. Turn around time on ordering is extremely quick!

VERY overpriced for a 1-time digital download. I believe $20-30 for 1 photo is expensive enough. Maybe more people would actually purchase their pictures if it would be affordable.
Also, tagged another person on 2 of the pictures that looked (I guess) similar to me.
Súper expensive and not that good quality
Well, the photos were taken after a Denison tradition, the Senior Soiree (stay up all night to watch the sun rise)- live at the morning ceremony. This seems like a less than ideal time to take a memorable photograph of a graduate for which a family hangs on the walls of their home, which is a timeless tradition.
Lower the prices a little bit.
The finishing fee could be less and it is not that different from the regular finish. The pictures are too pricey.

If the prices were cheaper it would be so helpful! It's a super special day but we've already spent so much money on Gowns and caps and driving and getting there and it's just a pain to have to pay almost $15 for the cheapest picture option. I wanted one of each of my pictures but could only afford 3, which still cost me $40. It's just a bit much

There was no where to check for last minute hair and makeup, no student knew where to look for the stage photo, and there were peoples head and eyes over the shoulder in photos. I returned mine for a refund

The prices are high especially for download ads.. I had another graduate this year from another college and the prices there were and I got more poses. You offer basically 2 poses with different backgrounds. One of actual rescrubbing the diploma and a bunch of crowd photos which he may or may not be seen in.i It would have been nice to offer a free full class photo with the order. The ordering process is a bit cumbersome but manageable. The individual photos were nice.
We have not received our plaque ordered on 5/30 yet. Please advise.
I never received my full order. I sent an email to you asking for my framed photo and I never received a response. I was basically ripped off! I didn’t get what I paid for. Your website is not very useful either.
The photos I did receive were very poorly developed. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and lack of service. This is a once in a lifetime event for my daughter and we were looking forward to having some beautiful, memorable photos of the event as it unfolded. And a framed photo that never arrived! Please send me the rest of my order that I have paid for in advance.
They were nice photos, just rarely give a 10!
Digital photos are unable to send to all email addresses. I had to call and have it sent to a different email which is when I was told they can’t be sent to all email addresses. Very inconvenient for something so incredibly expensive.
