The photo's taken at my childs graduation were very nice, they were clear sharp images and captured the moment perfectly.

The delivery was fast and I liked the image but the quality of the print was less than expected for the price.
The basic touch up was paid for but no changes appeared to be made.
Make it right? Send me photos that look like they were professional printed. These don’t look as good as elementary school photos.

Happy with the photo of my son at his graduation and at how quickly I received it after ordering.
I recently received the Franciscan University graduation photos I ordered and I am not happy with the quality. The prints look like something I could have printed up at Walgreens. The clarity is not good. It’s definitely not the level of quality expected for the price that I paid!

Your pricing is astronomical. The consumer does not have input on who the school uses and I feel we are held hostage to pay ridiculous prices just to preserve the moment. Also, the process to figure out how to download the digital images we purchased is not clear.

Better photos and lower prices. The quality is low and the prices are sky high.
I ordered photos and magnets. I have received the photos, but not the magnets. I hope they show up soon.
Allow more time to order photos and don’t hike up prices after a few days.

I sent email of my frustration that a picture purchased for $26 and “first class postal” should have arrived in better packaging and better care
Will not use them in the future and do not recommend their customer service either
