I was disappointed that I paid for the same photo twice with just a changed background - I didn't realize that was the case when ordering because of the copyright images floating constantly in front of the picture. I do a lot of photography, use Lightroom and Photoshop, and I thought this was a cheat to charge for this.

The pictures were overly priced. So many other people would of ordered if they were not so expensive. With the others expenses of senior year they were outrageous.

Depends on if you send my correct picture to me. I paid for a picture. I contacted the company and they were going to reprint the picture and send it to me. Haven't received anything yet??? Wondering if it will show up. When or if it does then I will give you a rating.
My students diploma was upside down but the photographer did not fix it

The prices are ridiculous. Just charge a fair download fee. Then let people print what they want. Still a win for you as I'm sure you'd increase sales by over 50%.
Spoke to 7 graduate families of my son. All said they only ordered 1 image (4 didn't at all) due to price.
More photo options for example an 8x10 along with 2 5x7s and a slightly lower price
